About the owner: The owner is a Real Estate Investor, Developer and Manager. He has been in the Real Estate business for 23 years. His wife is a Registered Nurse and House wife. Our favorite things to do are Golfing, Hiking, Biking, Swimming, Ice Skating, Fishing and Skiing.
Why the Owner Chose Ketchum:
We chose to buy our vacation home in Sun Valley because it offers a easy going lifestyle compared to the San Francisco Bay Area fast pace society. We appreciate the turn-key condominium life. Arrive and its clean and fully-equipped and depart with your personal possessions and head home. The air commute form the Bay Area compared to the driving commute from the Bay Area to Lake Tahoe, CA is relatively the same. Our family has been vacationing in the Ketchum/Sun Valley area since 1995. We look forward to relaxing and doing all the sports and activities that Sun Valley offers.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The condominium has great access to town, restaurants, shopping, Sun Valley Lodge and all sport activities. We really enjoy the convenience of stepping out our back patio and having a short walk to the Zenergy Fitness and Spa and the Big Wood Golf Course. It takes 5-10 minutes to get to town, ski resorts, restaurants, shopping and the Sun Valley Lodge. Our favorite breakfast/coffee spot is Java on 4th Street. They offer excellent espresso coffees, egg dishes and pastries. Our preferred lunch spots are Perry's and Grumpy's and our favorite dinner restaurants are Pioneer Saloon, Sushi on Second, Ketchum Grill, Globus and Trial Creek Cabin at the Sun Valley Lodge. In the summer, we love to ride our bikes to town and stop at Java for breakfast and coffee. We then ride the bike path to the Resort and the Big Wood River. Other summer activities we do are Golfing, Fishing, Ice Skating, River Rafting and driving to Red Fish Lake. In the winter, we like to Ski, Ice Skate, Sledding and at the end of the day roast smores at the Fire Pit at the property in our backyard.
