  A perfect place to stay while in Maui. There was not one detail missed in the condo, everything you would need for cooking, tons of towels, dishes, spices etc. Very comfortable, steps from the pool and just a short walk to the beach, close to all tourist venues. Would definitely stay again.

  Wow! Our first trip to Maui could not have been better! We had so much fun and this condo rental was perfect! This unit is well maintained and is exactly as described. We loved having the ground floor walkout to the lanai. The beach was gorgeous and a short walk from the unit. We spent lots of time walking the beach walk including walking to many really nice restaurants. Most of our meals though were made right at our condo with all the things necessary available for our use. Thanks, Jeanne for your hospitality! Patty and Mike

  I have stayed at the Maui Kaanapali Villas many times over the past 15 years, but never did I stay in such a beautiful studio! When we entered the studio, we were so pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful welcome basket. We will certainly rent again from Jeanne:) !!!

  When we began our search for a place to stay...we were in contact with the owner (via e-mail) of this property whom was very helpful and considerate. WE immediately felt the Aloha spirit. When we arrived to this unit...We were pleasantly rewarded with the contents of this home being 100% the way their description was displayed on the VRBO website. What was not displayed...was the incredible sense of beauty and comfort and shear delight knowing we would be enjoying ourselves in this unit during our stay. WE walked into fresh plumeria's sprinkled on the bed and bathroom countertops...The personal touches... the "welcome~MAHALO~ card" for choosing their home to stay, was an extra bonus...WE WERE IN AWE OF THE INTERIOR DESIGN, Which speaks volumes in our book! WE like fresh and clean and clean it is!!! We have already recommended this property! WE enjoyed PACIFIC WHALE FOUNDATION - whale watching (we became members) Heres just a few delicious grinds we enjoyed from this trip. HONU Seafood and Pizza on Front Street LEODA'S Olowalu Village Road (Banana Creme pie "the bomb") We also ate lunch their too and the cheeseburger was off the charts! MAMAS FISH HOUSE in Paia. Since 2007 we have been talking about going, WE knew it would be expensive. We finally had dinner with our friends and...the dining experience, incredible, atmosphere WERE a plus, wait staff, drinks and food, over all...we're still talking about that night!!! and the bill (hee-hee) PINEAPPLE GRILL Ono Ono "Huevos Ranchero's" atmosphere ...just okay OUR GRAND FINALE...a birthday dinner at MERRIMAN'S in Kapalua...An incredible Tuberose Lei from NAPILI FLORISTS...Dinner reservations at 6 pm. WE got their early to enjoy a cocktail and puu-puu... ONE of the most PRECIOUS sunsets and enjoyed observing a wedding in progress right there on the beach. Hand in Hand we enjoy MAUI to the fullest ...be it hanging on the beach at Kaanapali, walking along the beach walk path or simply hanging poolside at our favorite "main pool" location. The Castaways CAFE, the staff there whom continue to serve us our refreshments and poolside food ... with the ALOHA spirit WE CALL HOME...when its just us two or when we have stayed at this property with our 3 daughters...and plenty of our O'hana...they treat us well!   My husband and I spent 7 nights in this wonderful condo. It was perfect for the two of us. It was on the ground floor. The slider doors led us straight to the pool. The pool is not the main pool in the complex so it is quiet, which we enjoyed. The place was very inviting. Very clean. It was stocked with everything we could ever need. Snorkeling gear, plenty of towels, beach chairs....literally everything!! We truly enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to do it again!

  We stayed July 30 to August 6, 2012 for the start off our 16 day Hawaiian vacation on Maui and Oahu. This condo was EVERYTHING as described and MORE. The studio unit is completely remodeled. Home furnishings/ décor was really nice including real orchids in the kitchen and on the lanai. The bed was really comfortable which - is a big deal for my husband and I. Extra pillows for sleeping were in the closet. A HUGE allotment of bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and bath mats was provided – we could have gone all 7 days without washing towels and still had clean towels left, but I did use the laundry room on the property (not inside the unit) to wash 1 load of bath towels and 1 load of personal clothes. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pot and pans / serving bowls / cutting board / large knives, etc. if you wanted to cook. Other ‘personal-type’ items were also provided to help get you started OR hold you until you could get to the drugstore (like small shampoo/conditioner, nail file, mouth wash, toothpaste, sunscreen, Band-aids, etc.). This was extremely thoughtful in our opinion. A nice ‘spa’ basket was in the bathroom with special scrubs and soaps if you wanted to indulge. Plenty of TP and Kleenex and paper towels were provided. Enormous beach towels were provided (8 – 10 towels) and all the beach ‘toys’ you could want along with 3 chairs – 2 good Tommy Bahama chairs and 1 fold out canvas chair. The beach towels and toys were left on the lanai on an open shelf and not a single person touched any of it or attempted to ‘borrow’ anything. Possibly, could someone have ‘borrowed’ the ice chest and not return it?!?! Dining table and chairs on lanai were really comfortable and we sat out there a lot. Unit is straight across from the ‘quiet’ pool. It was really convenient to go out the slider door and straight to the pool and hot-tub. Jeanne was easy to work with thru the booking process. I never actually spoke to her, but emailed on several occasions and she made it perfectly clear to call her for any reason if need be. We never had any issues, of any kind for our 7 days at the condo. The MKV property and management in general were wonderful – beautiful grounds and well maintained pools.   This is a great condo! We enjoyed every detail of the recent remodel. The listing and pictures are completely accurate, the condo was clean with good amenities, and the owner was very helpful. In fact, the owner Jeanne really made us feel the spirit of Aloha!!! Just book it. You won't regret.

  Actually, we're hesitant to write our comments only because we don't want this secret to get out anymore than it already has. However, this has got to be the most quiet and peaceful resort on Muai, or anywhere in Hawaii for that matter! This was our 8th visit so we should know. This particular condo was excellent and stocked with everthing you could want or need for your visit. Updated, great location within the resort and very clean! What more could you ask for!! Jeanne was excellent to work with, very friendly and accommodating. The price was also very good, especially considering a comparable room would run you double in the same area of Maui. Once we get over our jet lag we'll begin planning trip number 9 and if this unit is available we'll take it again over anything we've stayed in thus far. Thanks for everything Jeanne!!!
