This condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, plus sleeping loft.
It also features a stunning working wood burning fireplace, tall vaulted ceilings, multiple custom maple storage units for clothing, accessories, shoes, hats, gloves, ski boots, boots, etc., multiple sturdy hooks for hanging ski jackets, ski pants, helmets, etc., a six person custom cozy dining table, a large plush pull out sofa, 2 large comfy living room chairs with custom pull up upholstered stools, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, beautiful maple cabinets, large refrigerator, large sink with disposal, dishwasher, built in large microwave oven, stove top with 4 gas burners, full oven, plenty of cabinet space for food storage, cooking utensils, baking ware, pots and pans, 2 full table place settings (16 total place settings), etc. There is also a gorgeous slate deck with a gas grill, bistro set and extra wood for the wood burning fireplace.
*Extras: shared locked ski/snowboarding storage unit located on the second floor. A security system which locks both the ground/entry door at 6pm and the 2nd floor door leading to the third floor at 8pm. There are two telephones located at each door where a security code can be entered to grant access. There is also secured private bike storage located just outside the ground floor entry.
The master bedroom is located on the main level and features a queen bed, new bed and bath linens, full closet, 2 large sets of chest of drawers, plenty of hooks, a wall mounted LCD TV and an attached master bath with additional access to the main living area.
The second bedroom is located on the second level and is attached to the large open sleeping loft. This bedroom features a twin bed with new linens, an owners closet, extra large clothes rack, storage/shoe/clothing console, small TV and a stacked washer and dryer. There is also a small wall with plantation shutters, acting as a window overlooking the main living area below
The sleeping loft is located on the second level and shares a full bath with the second bedroom. The large open loft features vaulted ceilings, a wall full of sliding plantation shutters(allowing for complete privacy) acting as a large horizontal window overlooking the main living area below, 2 large ceiling windows, one twin bed, one set of bunk beds-twin on top and queen on bottom, new bed and bath linens, TV, 2 storage/shoe/clothing consoles, plenty of hooks, and a clothing rack.
There is no elevator located in the building, there is no pool or hot tub in the building and there is no on site parking available; since the condo is directly located in the heart of Vail Village- pedestrians only. There is however parking available in the Vail Village Parking Structure, just a 2 minute walk away. This structure charges for covered parking per day.
*** Please note, that no car is needed while you stay in our condo. Everything is within walking distance; including, chair lift, ticket office, snowsports school, restaurants, shops, a small grocery store, hospital, pharmacy, ski rentals, etc. Vail also has a free in town bus system located at the bottom and top of the parking structure.
