We have a gorgeous 3000 square foot 2 story house in a great neighborhood just waiting for you.
It's in Glenwilde Groves in the city of Maricopa just minutes south of Phoenix. It is a 30 minute drive from the Sky Harbour airport and 17 miles south of Chandler. We find it easier to slip in and out of the Phoenix attractions than if you were in the middle of Phoenix.
The city of Maricopa is a beautiful new city that is picture perfect in so many ways. It is a very safe and very quiet city with a world famous golf course right in the city and another just out of the city. It's just a five minute drive to the Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino.
The house is fully equipped with an exeptional floor plan. The masterbedroom is on the main floor. On the top floor there is a large games room c/w couches, TV and pool table. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, private bath, shower and walk in closet. The other three large bedrooms are upstairs and they each have a queen sized bed.
The large backyard has a covered deck, concrete deck, and synthetic grass, patio table c/w 6 chairs and a propane barbeque.

An excellent choice. Everything absolutely fabulous. Owners are extremely easy to work with and to communicate with. A great location as well. We will definitely rent again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

This property is clean & well-maintained in a very nice neighbourhood. It was close to numerous amenities. There was just the 2 of us but I certainly can see the benefit of renting this with family members. Rob was a pleasure to deal with. If we return to the area, we would definitely rent this property. It was well equipped with appliances, cookware, BBQ, pool table & more. Main floor master bedroom was a must for me and my "aching" knees. Everything I needed was on the main floor. I thought the cost presented very good value. Thank you.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Maricopa is a beautiful city. This home was unbelievable, so big and modern. Gorgeous home with all the amenities and more. The owners were great to work with, very kind and caring. We had a wonderful time. I will definitely be back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: Our names are Rob and Laura, we live in North Battleford Saskatchewan, Canada. We have two grown children. Laura is an OR nurse and Rob is an electrical contractor. We have a while to go for retirement so we chose to rent the home to vacationers to give them the opportunity to enjoy the great weather in a great city.
Why the Owner Chose Maricopa:
We loved the city of Maricopa. It's quiet and laid back but just minutes away from all the action anyone can handle if they care to.
The city of Maricopa is new in it's entirety and has a well planned infrastruture. The city is pristine and beautiful.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
You will have all the comforts of home in a home with a great floor plan in a great neighborhood. The swimming pool is just a minute away. There is walking paths throughout the neighborhood. The Phoenix greater area is just 17 minutes north on a double lane highway and is very easy to get to all the malls and sporting events.
