Key Colony Beach oceanside home located on 10th Street on 100 feet wide canal with direct access to ocean and Gulf via the Vaca Cut with 37.5 feet step down wooden dock. Dockside electric, water & fish cleaning table for your boating convenience. Easily accommodates even the larger boats.
Beautifully furnished canal front, totally renovated half duplex home with two bedrooms and two baths sleeps up to six and large screened-in sun room with dining for six. Master bedroom has queen-size bed and private full bath. The second bedroom has one full-size and one twin bed. The living room has a queen sofa bed and two sliding glass doors that open onto side and back yards. There is ample parking for three vehicles with room for boat trailer. Full-size washer and dryer in laundry room adjacent to master bedroom.
MEMBERSHIP IN CABANA CLUB which includes use of ocean front heated pool and Jacuzzi, ocean beach and snack/tiki bar all are a short walk. Needs nothing, just bring your luggage.
Marathon Airport five minutes away... fly directly into Marathon from Fort Lauderdale on Florida Coastal Airways. Or take the two hour drive from Miami and enjoy the beautiful Florida Keys.

Louise, Thank you for the follow up call regarding our vacation at your Key Colony home. It was perfect for our family. Everything was in great working order and very clean, something near and dear to our hearts. My son and daughter spent countless hours at the dock catching fish and crabs. The Cabana Club is a nice amenity that we used as well. The neighborhood is a quiet spot in the Keys that we will definitely look to visit again next year. We all had a great time! Ms. Gritmon, We greatly enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. We had friends we had not seen in two years join us with thier boat and they were very impressed with the accomodations. (They are from Jupiter and have rented in Key Colony in the past.) We had invited them as our guests and I was very relieved to find your home just as lovely as it appears in the photos... actually the photos do not do justice to the the dock and back yard area. The dock area was especially nice for us as we spent most of our vacation on the water. We also had friend who were staying on 4th and 5th streets; 3 houses worth actually. They stopped over to check out our rental and also expressed how much nicer it was. They shopped around and found a couple of duplexes for around $1,000. per week, but the little bit extra we paid to rent your home was WELL worth it. I just purchased this home. It has been totally refurbished by a local builder and EVERYTHING is brand new (bathrooms, kitchen, electric, walls, floors, furniture, etc., etc., etc.) It is ready for you to enjoy!
