A great stay, A wonderful resort, 5-star, top end. The room is nice, it's not a large suite but very comfortable. The bathroom is huge and well appointed, the kitchen is complete but small, great for quick meals. One note: there is a chair lift right outside the window, Not problem in the summer. The resort is beautiful, great pool, fitness center and activities. Check in and check out is hassle free. the owner is a pleasure to deal with, all transactions are very easy. I will definitely book again next summer.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

The room and lodge were perfect!! Plenty of room for whole family. Owner was easy to make arrangements with. Will be contacting to rent again in the near future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We pulled up to the Stowe Mountain Lodge and our baggage and skis were whisked away by a polite and accommodating staff. The room is as pictured - beautifully appointed with granite and marble bath, large shower, comfortable king size bed, and a sliding glass door that looks out onto the slopes. The kitchen is too small to prepare a full meal - two very small gas burners, no oven, and a "dorm room size" refrigerator - suitable for reheating leftovers but I wouldn't plan on cooking in the room. The room faced the gondola which might be disappointing in the summer but for a ski vacation it was fine. You could hear the sound of the gondola running in the room, but again, we were there to ski! We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs in the late afternoon - however it got pretty crowded around 5:00pm. We also loved the ski valet! We would recommend this property to a couple who wanted to enjoy luxurious, ski in and ski accommodations and planned on eating out for most or all of their meals. We would not recommend the hotel restaurant - Solstice – I don’t mind paying for good food, but the service was terrible, the food was poorly prepared, and the atmosphere was ruined by ill behaved children with iPads.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

About the owner: We are couple with a great blended family. Little Brady Bunch! 5 kids total ranging from 20 to 10. We have both lived in Stowe for over 13 years and love it. We work and own businesses locally. We love to travel, ride bikes, snowboard, and spend time with each other and our kids.
