Our Disney area villa comes with its very own private swimming pool where you can escape all the thrills and spills down the road and have some quiet family time, recharging your batteries for the next big adventure.
A stay in our villa comes with a well-equipped kitchen, that way if you get bored of all those meals out you can occasionally cook your own meal or even have a BBQ. Your living areas come with cable TV for checking the news and local weather, including a DVD for keeping the kids quit for 5 minutes. A really nice sociable area you can have a group of friends or family just hanging out, it definitely beats the hotel lobby, a well-equipped home away from home
Once home at the villa you will soon be feel detached from the hustle and basil of the tourist areas making it very easy to relax. You will get total freedom during your vacation, if you feel like a lie in you don’t have to worry about missing breakfast or the maid coming in to disturb you. For the kids they just want to spread out, play games and relax.
Maybe one day not at the parks you can be chilling out at the side of your pool working on that tan, A BBQ in the evening is so much better than looking at the four walls of a Hotel room.

About: Hi, thank you for looking at my villa, i just love this villa. Being a thrill junky, Sun lover and golf play Kissimmee is ideal for me with hundreds of golf course and the best Theme Parks in the world only a few miles away. I have personalised my villa so it feels like home to my family and I so we hope you feel the same. Our villa will be managed by a great couple Phil and Valerie, who will look after you and sort out any problems that may occur during your stay. All the contact information is in the villa when you arrive. If you have any special requests, like Flowers for a special occation or a limo from the airport then please contact me. Why Eagle Pointe:
Location Location. I had being looking for a villa in the Kissimmee area for some time when a friend asked us over for drinks. On the way, after turning of the tourist area of the 192, I started to drive down Poinciana Blvd and instantly started to relax with the open spaces and green areas I thought it would be nice find a house in this area. Once on Eagle Pointe, where our friends lived and seeing the houses and came back the next day looked over the show homes and our plot and paid the deposit.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
With a 24hour Wal-Mart only a couple of miles away and the busy 192 with all the different restaurants Eagle Pointe is a great place to stay. My farther and I, love to play at Kissimmee Golf Club only 5min drive away the course is built around the airfield, starting at around $40 per round with cart it is great value with some interesting holes and of course some interesting aircrafts like the Flying Tiger Warbird and many others.
