This villa is beautifully and quaintly decorated with many new upgrades such as new kitchen appliances, tile flooring, spacious bedroom and a fabulous screened porch. This lovely villa is completely furnished. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a twin size sleeper in the living room sofa. A double size fold up sleeper is available if you have extra guests visiting. The screened porch is accessible through the living room as well as through the master bedroom. Holiday Lake Estates is a 55+ active adult community with quiet, friendly neighbors. Location is less than 5 minutes to Anclote Beach and 10 minutes from Howard park beach. You're approximately 20 minutes from Clearwater beach and 40 minutes from downtown Tampa. Some amenities include access to the community center; a well maintained community pool and 24-hour security patrol.

This dog friendly community was perfect for our winter holiday. The villa has everything we needed and is easy to keep clean. The owners are minutes away and provided some extra things we needed without question. The neighbors were friendly and eager to invite you to join in the community activities. A wonderful place to spend your winter. Everything you need is right there. We didn't want for anything. All linens, spices, dishes, pots and pans, etc, etc. we are booked for the month of March 2013 already. This rental is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was the perfect size for us. It was very quiet and the complex was well taken care of. The owners were so nice and very accomodating, Everything is near by, Beaches, Restaurants, Shopping and don't miss quaint Tarpon Springs, if you love Greek food, this is the place. We would definitely rent here again.Owner response: We were honored to have such lovely guests. Glad their stay was eventful.
