I grew up going to the beach almost every weekend, then I lived on Maui for a few years. I fell in love with the Marina Peninsula since my first visit. I feel blessed living here, where I have a cosmopolitan life as well as the Ocean, which I love and I get to look at it and listen to it, without having to even leave the house, but if I want to, the sand is just a few steps away. You'll need at least one week in advance to book it.

This rental has a wonderful location in Marina del Rey. It is such a cute, clean and comfortable apartment. Steps to the beach, easy walking to bars, restaurants and Venice Beach. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet at night and my daughter and I felt safe coming and going at any hour. Regiane was very helpful and available when needed. Recommendations: bring quarters for the communal washer and dryer in the basement/garage. Having use of parking in the garage was invaluable as parking on the street is not always available. Did I tell you how cute and clean it is? We loved our week and would definitely come again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

During the summer of 2012, my wife and I stayed a week at Regiane’s delightful condo. Her rental is cozy, charming, well appointed, and in a great location., if you’re looking for a place to call home while in LA, the condo is perfectly situated, as it is steps from the beach and very close to Venice, Santa Monica, and LAX. We enjoyed walking the beach, and exploring the immediate neighborhood. The condo itself is cheerful and nicely furnished, with wonderful light from its many windows. Ideal for a couple and possibly a third person. We’ll be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

This place really is on the beach -- the building is right next to the sand! The casually elegant decor matches the beach environment, right down to the painting of a beach hanging over the fireplace! It was spotless when I entered and the air was fresh and clean. I wanted to stay longer, and next time I will!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
I get to see the Ocean sitting on my couch, or looking out the windows or balcony. I can hear the waves, that is a dream come true for me. I also am a short walking distance to shops and restaurants, and I can bike, walk and swim if I want to. My place is cozy, it has high ceilings, a fireplace, 6 windows and great views. It has a shabby chic feel to it.
