Stayed at this "Charming Cottage" for the entire month of October of this year.(2012) Could not have made a better choice. It turned out to be exactly as described and had everything we needed. It definately is not a mega mansion where you'll be wandering from room to room (perfect for 1 or 2 people) but it doesn't matter because (and I don't think this was stressed enough in the descriptions and reviews) it's the LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. We were seldom home because we were so close (walking or bicycling distance) to everything and when we were home, we were at the pool area a few steps from the front door. If you've never been to Key West before you'll find you can go exploring every day and find new and interesting things to do and see. Staying in the middle of everything (like this house) is very important. Also wanted to mention the owners and property managers are eager to help if you have a problem and another plus is that the neighbors and caretaker are usually around, keeping an eye on the compound, so you feel very safe. Thanks for everything, L & MRecommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Perfect getaway for a single or a couple. One of six cottages in a small, beautifully maintained compound. Near the action, but private and quiet at night. Easy walk to Historic Seaport, Duval Street, Mallory Square and Fausto's grocery. Close to bus stops. Renovated cottage is small, but space is so well planned it feels and lives much larger. Very well furnished and decorated with lots of Key West art work. Owners are wonderful to work with -- they truly want their guests to enjoy their KW home. Open the front and back doors of this shotgun house and enjoy the tropical breezes. We already have our 2013 reservation and plan on many more.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

This is a great little cottage in a wonderful location...walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do in Key West. It was exactly as represented...and even better....great use of space and very nicely finished and decorated. The property is pristine...very clean and well maintained. The owners were great to deal with. This is certainly a property we would recommend to friends and family. We have stayed here 4 times and would do so again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
We love our location and we love the cottage, which was completely renovated in 2002. We walk everywhere, don't have a car when in KW, and love the restaurants, architecture, seafood, live music, Cuban influence, art galleries, and Old Town.
