This beautiful 1300 square foot ground floor unit is the place to be. Newly remodeled, this Ocean Front unit has tropical decor and is well kept. The condo is equipped with Central Air-Conditioning (sterile for those with allergy's) at no additional charge, and ceiling fans. You will find a 46" Sony flat screen TV with 3D, and 3D glasses for view. The unit has a DVD player as well.
King bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin in the add'l bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living, the condo will easily accommodate 6 guests. There is also a Porta-crib if you have a little one! There is a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath.
The kitchen has been remodeled with granite counter tops which allows for cooking at home with ease. Enjoy the warm Kona breezes from your lanai while gazing at the Pacific blue surrounded by beautiful tropical foliage.
This condo can also rent at a lower rate during low season if rental is for only 2 guests.
Deposit: A 3-night deposit is due within 1 week of making the reservation. Full payment is due 30-days prior to arrival for low season, and 60-days prior for high season.
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancelation after a deposit is received, the reservation is subject to a $100 cancel fee. Within 30 days of the time of arrival or after occupancy, no refunds will be given unless the property can be re-rented. During High Season, cancellations must be received 60 days in advance. No shows will receive no refund.
