Great family condo ... perfect for winter or summer! We'd like to welcome you to our condo. We've had this unit for many years, and enjoy it year-round.
Location is really key with this property. Skiers can walk right to bottom of the steps and jump on the skier shuttle that goes directly to the ski resort (no stops in between!). Mountain bikers can also hop right onto a single-track trail at the back of the parking lot, which connects into hundreds of miles of world-class mountain biking. Shoppers and diners can easily walk 5 minutes into downtown Winter Park for a multitude of options, including a variety of in-town festivals and concerts. There are also other great hiking trails, hot springs and fishing spots that are an easy drive away, not to mention Rocky Mountain National Park, which is a jewel of Colorado.
Beaver Village condos are easy to get to, only about a 1:15 minute drive from Denver (in good weather), and our unit is tucked up into the trees at the back of the property. You can even sit out on the back deck with a drink and just watch the tall lodgepole pines sway back and forth. We've even seen a moose stroll right on by while we were back there. There is an indoor pool and 3 hot tubs at the main building, which is a quick 2 minute walk on a forest path to get there.
As for our condo, this is a top floor unit, and has spacious vaulted ceilings that many of the other units here do not have. It's also an end unit, so has lot's of natural light from the extra windows on that side. We've done quite a bit of remodeling over the last few years, so it's a lot more updated that some of the other units in the building.
We have 2 bedrooms ... the master has a queen bed and private bathroom with double sink and remodeled shower. The other bedroom is set up with a twin/full bunkbed, and it's own full bathroom ... perfect for kids. Both bedrooms have their own TV's, with cable, and then there's a flatscreen in the living room. That living room also has a great gas fireplace and stone hearth. We've relaxed after many days of skiing on the leather furniture, warming up around the fireplace! The couch is also a sleeper sofa that will accommodate 2 more people. Also in there is a trunk full of games and family appropriate movies. There is a dining area with a table, and also counter seating in the full/remodeled kitchen.
We absolutely love the condo and the area, and I'm sure you will, too.

We have stayed in many condos in Winter Park. We have stayed in Beaver Village before but the condos were not what we wanted. When we saw this condo on VRBO we thought that we would give Beaver Village one more try. This condo was the nicest that we have stayed in and by far the best value. Kim is very easy to get in touch with and very easy to work with! We will be staying here again and again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
