It's tooooo quiet for the young ones who want to party. We want to keep our little piece of heaven "Party Proof". Please email for special requests. We are very accommodating and reasonable. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing area, this is the place for you.
This condo is located in a very family orientated area. There is a limit of 7 people that may stay(that's counting infants to elders). Prefer families and couples that are related and responsible. Will rent to persons over the age of 28 years of age and those persons must be present at all times during the whole rental period. Our condo is on the second floor (end unit) that has a view of the canal and beautiful bay. Ocean City has been rated one of the top 10 BEST BEACHES by Woman's Day....
The sunsets are always guaranteed. The town is full of the greatest restaurants around and entertainment is fabulous. And now we have a CASINO..located at the Ocean Downs Racetrack off of Rt 589. If its a weekend escape that you're looking for or a great family vacation this is the place. There is always something to do in Ocean City. Our place is off of 94th St which is close to restaurants, super markets,and a small shopping strip .There is also a tennis court,basketball courts and playground that can be used by all.
Our non-smoking end unit condo has all the comforts of home at very reasonable rates. Why stay in a hotel when you have all the things you need right at your finger tips. We take pride in our little haven and are working hard to make it even better every year. Lots of room in each bedroom for port-a-cribs & all outlets are child-proofed.. The Master bedroom has it's own bathroom and a queen size bed & TV with cable. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and one twin size bed.
Both have plenty of closet space. Great balcony with table and chairs to relax and drink that cup of coffee in the morning or your martini at nite while watching the sun go down. You can just hear Rod Stewarts "IT HAD TO BE YOU". There is a Weber grill for your use. Can't you just smell those steaks cooking while feeling the cool bay breeze???
The beach is within walking distance and there is a pool just steps from the condo. The dock is right there for fishing and crabbing. There is one parking space per condo and off street parking for others.
Our place is approximately 40 minutes from the Rehobeth Outlets and ten minutes from West Ocean City 's Outlet.You can also ride the bus all day for only $3...Park and Ride to save on gas...
It's also close to the Historical town of Berlin where they filmed "Runaway Bride" with Julia Roberts and "Tuck Everlasting". Salisbury is 30 to 40 minutes away which is famous for"The Country Store" and some very huge antique shops. And you can't miss Frontier Town with it's daily shows of the Wild Wild West including Can Can girls. It also has a water park attached with unlimited water rides including a lazy river(perfect for mom) and miniature golf for such a price that any family on a budget could handle .
Every Wednesday night from June till Labor Day there are free concerts on the beach. Just bring your blanket or sand chair and listen to live music under the stars. Check the local paper for a listing of entertainers. Come and experience the town for yourself.

We stayed at the condo with my 2 children and parents. It was fantastic. When we came back to the condo in the afternoon, my kids had a blast in the pool. It was quiet and peaceful. Great location. Linda was fabulous to deal with, and went above and beyond being helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time at Haughey's Haven! The condo is located in a very quiet area but close to all the action. It was great to be out and about during the day and then to come back and relax to hear the water on the docks. The pool area is beautiful and just a few steps away. As the other reviewer said, the photos do not do it justice. We even caught some crabs with the trap provided! Hope to return next year. Wonderful communication with Linda. Thanks Again!

Where do I begin?? The condo was not only just as described but more so. When we walked in the door, we felt we were walking into someones' home. The personal touches and well stocked kitchen were only the beginning. The furnishing were comfortable, the views were great, the neighborhood quiet. My grandkids even complimented my choice of vacation rental. It doesn't get better than that!! Linda was so easy to communicate with and quick with return emails. We all look forward to a return visit. Many, many thanks Linda!!

My husband, parents, and 16 month old just returned from a weeklong July 4th vacation at Haughey's Haven. What a wonderful time! The view was gorgeous and the amenities more than sufficient. Linda and Bud are wonderful people that, obviously, take pride in their home away from home to make it feel that way for guests. We can't wait to return!

This is our 2nd stay @ Haughey's Haven and yet again, have loved every minute of it. Linda has been so helpful & the house is just as we remember it. We have made this our "Home away from Home" for our wedding anniversary for the past two years and intend on making it a tradition. We love this place! So clean, Everything other than sheets & towels is here waiting. The community is awesome, our kids enjoyed the pool & the ice cream truck today. We love it here! Thanks Bud & Linda for the excellent accommodations and un-forgettable memories. We hope to be back next year :)

My husband and I just came back from a long weekend at this condo. It was just such a beautiful place and so very clean. Right on the bayside, the sunsets were marvelous. The pictures do not even do this place justice. We can't wait to rent from them again.

My family and myself were over from London, Linda and Bud were great , all communications were easy,they could not do enough for us. The condo was perfect, equipped with everything(and more) that we needed, it had some lovely owners in residence in the block who were charming. All facilities were close to hand, in fact l went to the supermarket by myself, something l dont do in the UK and the beach was only a couple of minutes away. We used to go to the beach and then return to relax in the pool about 4pm, we never had more than another 6 people in the pool , so it was lovely. At nights we would sit out on the balcony and enjoy the lovely view, it was quiet and peaceful, apart from when the kids returned home(ours l mean!!). We would all have no hesitation in staying there again, in fact, we really shouldnt give them too good a review as we may not be able to book the dates that we want next year!! Seriously, if you want a great place to stay in OC , you could not do better that speak to Linda and book into their great place.

We looked and looked for a Maine vacation and when we couldn't find anything at such late notice, we looked into Ocean City. Linda had availability for our time and was super gracious in getting us sorted and settled. We've never rented a condo before and we pleasently surprised at how comfortable our stay was. My husband and I, with my mother in law and 2 kids (age 11 and 1) had plenty of room to spread out. The unit was freshly cleaned before we arrived and everything was exactly how Linda had said it would be. The 94th street beach is really nice - I would not say it is walkable...its a 90 drive but with all of our stuff, a car ride was totally in need. There is a big grocery store across from the beach and plenty of nearby attractions. The sofa in the living room is surprising comfortable, the dining table is a great size for buffet lunches and card games. The deck over looking the canal was so nice. It was calm and one night we watched a storm roll in as we drank our beers on the deck. I felt so far removed from NYC! The pool was nice - although we beached in the morning, did an activity in the afternoon and the evenings were surprisingly cool so we only went in once or twice to the pool. I had the same thought every evening....I wish this home was my own. It was really wonderful. Linda was a dream to deal with...I knew she could sense my e-mail panic and was very gracious in taking all my questions.

Linda and Bud are very accomodating! We had great time, the condo was is in great condition with a nice view of the canal. My son says they have nice tv's! Close proximity to the pool. Can't wait to go back next year!

Mini-Stay 6/24-6/27 was absolutely superb for our family of 4. My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary along with our 2 children and we had an AMAZING stay at Haughey's Haven. Linda & Bud were so very kind to accommodate us with a short notice. They were VERY helpful with directions, attractions, etc. What a delightful family. Kelly (the daughter) met us very promptly to let us inside the condo and too was very helpful. The home was equipped with everything ANYONE could need. All we had to bring was ourselves, clothes, linens, towels & food. Everything else was already there. What a relief! The pool. Ha, what more can we say.... P-O-O-L. We spent most of our time there, especially with our 4 year old, the beach was a bit to much for her so the pool was PERFECT. The neighbors, they were so nice. We met so many great people. Thanks so much for a WONDERFUL vacation home! We hope to make this a family tradition every year and we would LOVE Haughey's Haven to be our vacation spot! Thanks again so so much. I will be recommending your home to our friends as well for a September vacation.
