This exquisite custom designed home is located in an executive gated community. The home is beautifully furnished, has a private pool and spa, an expansive viewing deck - great for enjoying the most perfect sunsets.

Each bedroom has his own private bathroom and a private balcony offering panoramic views of the Golfo de Papagayo.

Master bedroom have a King bed, the three other bedrooms have two double beds. All bedrooms have panoramic ocean view. The house sleep 14 guests maximum.

The entire house has central air conditioning! There are two large stairs in natural wood to reach the bedrooms on the second floor. High ceiling with native hard wood and high velocity ceiling fans keep this area cool and comfortable.

There is a complete outdoor kitchen with a professional barbecue grill. Large private swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.

Distance from Liberia airport: 25 minutes. Direct flights from Atlanta with Delta, from Miami with American Airlines and from Houston with Continental. Charter flights from: Toronto and Montreal with Sky Service; Dallas, Detroit, Minneapolis-Ft-Worth with MLT Vacations, and from Atlanta, Baltimore, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Louisville and Nashville with Vacation Express and Pace Airlines.
