This tastefully renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath retreat in Hither Hills, is a short walk to Webster Beach and is perfect for extended families. The common areas are designed with an open, modern plan and kept impeccably with large windows all around. A huge master bedroom opens to the deck and has a private bath. While the other 2 queen bedrooms and the kids bunk room (sleeps 4) share the second bath. Fireplace and spacious, private deck with dining area, lounge chairs and grill complete the package. Utilities, private beach permit, outdoor shower, cable TV, Wi-Fi and washer/dryer are all included as well as linens and a full setup for cooking and dining. It's even all on one level to make it accessible for babies and elder statesmen! This place is ready to move in, you don't even need to bring bikes, beach towels, chairs or boogie boards. Just show up and have a blast.

Spacious, quiet, private and relaxing. The house itself is beautifully decorated and extremely well-maintained. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and made our stay very enjoyable. The living room/dining room area leads straight out onto the deck which overlooks a beautiful backyard with tons of room to play games, run around or just sit on the deck to watch the deer come into the yard (we saw deer)! The great open layout allows your group to be outside, cooking or watching tv and still be all together. Bedrooms are all great sizes and immaculate. We ate most meals in and grilled on the barbeque all weekend. Kitchen had all the appliances you could ask for and was great to cook in! Beach pass for the car was provided, as well as a closet full of anything you could possibly need for the beach but we ended up not using the beach pass so I can't comment on the ease of that. The house location is great. If you don't have a car, it's a nice walk into town or you can easily call a cab to get around ($3 or $4 a person to get into town). We loved that we were close enough to all the action but far enough away to have our own little secluded hideaway. Great for anyone who wants to stay in and relax or go out and enjoy the village of Montauk. Great property and will hopefully have the opportunity to rent it again!Did you find this review helpful?
