Accommodations:  Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

Enjoy this professionally decorated two bedroom two bath top floor (fourth floor) hide-a-way. Everything is here to make your vacation a hit for a couple or a whole family.

Televisions in each bedroom and the living room with DVD and VCR's. High-speed wireless internet service available for your laptop. Additional fee goes directly to Citynet.

Master bedroom is extremely large with sitting area opening to the balcony.

Kitchen is completely furnished. Refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher and all small appliances including blender, coffee pot and toaster.

Washer and dryer and iron and ironing board also included. All linens are included, just bring your beach towels.

Relax on the balcony overlooking the 7500 square foot "tropical pool" with a view of the beach. Work out in the fitness center, enjoy the sauna and play tennis.

You must be 25 Years Old to rent. No pets and no smoking. Housekeeping at the end of your stay is included in the rates.

We have a three night minimum stay and a weekly minimum stay in the Summer. Winter Monthly Rates that are multiple months are DISCOUNTED.

The location is perfect! The complex is directly on the beach, but not in a crowded area. The Dunes of Seagrove is approximately two miles from Seaside and Watercolor resorts, within five miles of Watersound and Rosemary Beach and a 15 - 20 minute drive to the famous Silver Sands Outlet Shops in Destin.

Affordable and four star restaurants are minutes away. Don't wait to check on availability and come to the beach to relax!
