Aspen Run #11 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1500+ sq feet condominium in the heart of Ruidoso, NM. It has the most amazing views in town, deck overlooks the Cree Meadows Golf Course and Country Club with the BEST view of Sierra Blanca (12004 ft.) in town. To the right of the deck is the 18th Green and the the left is wonderful pond with fountain. The condo is decorated Southwest with real elk, deer and antelope mounts on the walls. Pictured is just one of the three bedrooms, above, the view out of this bedroom is just like off the deck with the most beautiful pristine views in all of Ruidoso. Indoor swimming and hot tub in the country club as my guest.

We stayed here for spring break and it was great! Skiied in the morning and played golf at Cree Meadows in the afternoon,, cant beat a day like that. This condo sit right on the 18 fairway, beautiful view of the mountain, easy access, the bar and restaurant just a few steps away.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

With the most breathtaking views, you can look out over the golf course up to Sierra Blanca. My kids feed the deer that come up to the deck. (bring apples, cut them up and feed to the deer) This place was not on the rental pool for several years and we missed it. We have stayed here every year since 2004. Summers you can sit on the deck and talk with all the golfers, watch the ducks on the pond, it is just a short walk to the club house for swimming and hot tub. Winter time it is right in the middle of town with no big hills to need a 4x4, easy to get to the ski area and again the Views! Great for families.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Now we are just above Cree meadows, beautiful view, just can't step off the deck onto the golf course!! Glad you enjoyed it. David

About the owner: I own this and several locations in Ruidoso. This being the favorite! I am a Doctor of Chiropractic and own Adobe Day Spa and Chiropractic. 1810 Sudderth Dr. 575-630-0515 It is only 3 minutes away. Myself and my beautiful wife both grew up here and graduated High School here in Ruidoso so we are very familiar with the area. Ruidoso is a great place to raise a family. That's Montana in the middle, she was 5 last year when the photo was taken, already skiing the blacks!

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
You can feed the deer by hand right off the deck. This condo has one of the best views of Sierra Blanca in all of Ruidoso. There is a pond just to the left of the deck that has a lot of birds, ducks, geese, song birds, Birds!!! You can walk down the stairs right on to the cart path of Cree Meadows, talk to your friends as they play the 18th hole, the condo sits right on the 150 yard marker so you can watch the tee box to the left and the green to the right. In the winter there are no big hills to get in or out of the complex, EASY access, especially when the snow gets deep.
