Enjoy the clean mountain air and water at our family-friendly, non-smoking tri-level condo that is within walking distance to the multi-million dollar Waterville Estates Recreation Center!
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, closet and Cable TV plus a loft with a full-size bed and a 3/4 bath with shower. The second floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is a queen sleep sofa, Cable TV and a Playstation/DVD player with games and movies for your viewing pleasure or you can lounge by the fireplace with one of the books provided! The 2nd floor also has a Laundry Room with Washer, Dryer, Iron, and Ironing Board. The First Level has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin bedrooms plus a full bathroom.
Golfers will enjoy several golf courses including the Owl's Nest Golf Course here in Campton. We're also just an hour's drive to Santa's Village or Story Land and less than 30 minutes to Clark's Trading Post and the Whale's Tale Water Park.
In the winter, you can ski at Waterville Valley, just ten minutes away. Loon and Cannon Mountain are less than a 30 minute drive.
We also provide visitor passes to the Waterville Estates multi-million dollar community center. Where you'll have access to one outdoor and two indoor pools, two hot tubs, sauna, fully-equipped fitness room, game room, lounge, playground, picnic tables, charcoal grills, basketball, tennis courts, and a sandy beach on a spring fed lake for swimming, fishing and paddleboats!
The Summit Lounge at the Recreation Center has breathtaking views, full-service bar, food, large screen TV and planned activities and entertainment.

This was the second year we've stayed at K&J's condo for our annual hiking trip (and will probably be back next year!). We hiked Franconia Ridge and came back to Mad River Tavern (great spot) which is close to the condo for a couple Switchback beers. Nothing but good things to say about the place and area. Definitely recommend it!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family recently returned from our second stay at this condominium. The condo is a perfect set-up for one or even two families. The resort itself offers families so much to do without having to leave the property. Close enough to area attractions yet far enough away to avoid the hustle & bustle of daily life. Our children especially enjoy the pool and arcade room. The condo itself offers all of the amenities of home. It was so nice to have on site laundry! It is a great spot for a get away; be it for a weekend, a week or longer. Lots to do & see! Would definitely recommend this condo to fellow vacationers. We look forward to returning to K & J's Condo in the future!

This was our 2nd time renting this condo and we had another great experience. The condo is a wonderful place for families to stay due to the layout of the place, and the quiet surroundings. The recreation center which featured a nice sized outdoor pool was a favorite of the kids. We were also about a 45 minute drive from Santa's Village which was fantastic. Overall, I would highly recommend people to stay here...it was a great time.
