Timberline Cove is a newly finished premium luxury condo complex on Lake Dillon, centrally located in Colorado's most popular ski area, Summit County.
This is a clean, beautifully furnished, one-level unit (non-smoking). Although just off Rt. 70, it is a quiet complex on the lake. The unit is on the second floor and has a balcony with outstanding, unobstructed views of Lake Dillon and the mountains of the Continental Divide. There is heated underground parking and secure ski lockers in the lower level of the building. We have two wall-mounted LCD TVs with DVD, fully furnished kitchen, dining area and luxurious living spaces. There is a washer & dryer in the unit, a gas fireplace, and high speed internet access and wireless connectivity for your laptops.
The running, walking, bike recreation path is a paved path connecting Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne, and Copper Mountain with spectacular views of Lake Dillon and is directly behind our complex. You can also enjoy many beautiful hiking trails nearby, fish in the lake, or relax in the gazebo or hot tub. Or just relax and enjoy the view from the balcony.
And you are within walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants, shops and other amenities on Frisco's Main Street.
Timberline Cove is certainly one of the nicest accommodations available in Summit County. Copper Mountain, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Arapaho Basin are about 10 minutes away by car or the free Summit Stage shuttle system a short walk from the condo. Frisco is also within an hour's drive to other great mountains such as Loveland, Vail, Beaver Creek, Winter Park and Mary Jane.
The Silverthorne Outlet Malls are just a couple of miles away accessible via bike/rec path or free in-town shuttle. And a supermarket, Walmart, other shops, restaurants, bars, winter & summer activity centers, equipment rentals for skis, bikes, rafting, etc. are all within 1/4 to 1/2 mile walk.
Lake Dillon's Frisco Marina is also just a few blocks away and accessible by the bike/rec path to enjoy sailing, boating, pontoon boats, water taxi to the Dillon Marina and a snack bar.
World-class fly and spin-fishing for trout is reachable within minutes. Summit County is not only a great place in the winter but also the summer with many different activities and unbelievable weather.
