This comfortable Mountainside condo is an end unit on the first floor in Building B. The living area has a gas fireplace, queen-size sleeper sofa and loveseat, a TV with expanded cable and HBO, a DVD/VCR player, and a CD player. The corner deck faces south and west, and has four chairs and a small table. There is a breakfast bar with four stools that divide the living area and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with all the necessary kitchen supplies for cooking meals at home. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV. All linens, including 400 count pima cotton sheets, are provided.
Mountainside is a quiet complex that borders the National Forest and the Tenmile recreation trail, and is approximately five blocks from Main Street in Frisco. Frisco is a quaint, historic mining town with great dining and shopping opportunities, and is centrally located in the heart of Summit County. Summit County’s major ski resorts including Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain are only a few miles away. Summer visitors can enjoy exceptional hiking, biking and water activities at the Frisco Marina on Lake Dillon, and for shoppers, the Silverthorne factory outlet stores are just a few miles away.
There is covered, reserved parking for one vehicle and plenty of outdoor parking for other vehicles. Guests have free access to the newly remodeled clubhouse that has an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, racquetball court, and laundry room. Outside there are three additional hot tubs and a tennis court.
