There are 2 King master bedrooms and 3 guest rooms. There are 3 living areas on 3 separate levels for plenty of privacy or group gatherings. Each living area has a television and gas fireplace. The main great room encompasses 2300sf and includes a large stone fireplace surrounded by warm furnishings, a beautifully appointed kitchen with 2 dishwashers, a fine dining room with an additional seating area at the expansive granite island - perfect for gatherings. The house also includes an oversized 2 car heated garage, gas grill on the deck, foosball and hockey game tables, jetted tub in the master, and wireless internet. The location is ideal. 5 minutes from town, shops, restaurants, the new Peak 8 gondola, recreation center, ice rink, and just steps away from the Blue River walking/bike path and minutes from the golf course.
