This PEAK 7 RETREAT is is great for a two family vacation, get-a-way to the mountains for the girls or guys annual ski trip or escape the summer heat for a month. Located in the heart of Summit County on Breckenridge Peak 7. Secluded and quiet surrounded by aspen and pine trees. Just minutes drive to Main Street Breckenridge, Ski Gondola and Breckenridge Peak 7 & 8 Resort areas. Our second home provides guests with relaxing atmosphere nestled in a mountain neighborhood, yet close enough to town to enjoy the conveniences. With a huge assortment of outdoor activities nearby. National Forest surrounds area with trails and wildlife! Hiking, biking, X country skiing, snowshoeing right from the front door!. Come enjoy the 3300 square feet of living space that includes 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, large open kitchen, dining & living room and gas fireplaces. Basement recreation room with 42' HD TV with DVD video library, music,books and air hockey/pool table and games.
In the fall of 2011 new carpet was installed as well as new appliances. Most of the furniture was also replaced at the same time.
Come enjoy the awesome views in our beautiful Peak 7 home in Breckenridge, which is professionally managed by SkyRun Vacation Rentals.
The home has a two master suites. There is a King Bed in one master, and queen in the other master. The third bedroom has another king bed. The fourth bedroom has twin over full bunk bed, plus a twin bed. There are two additional sleeper sofas.
