MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS

                            The Townhome was beautiful, clean and well furnished. It was very cozy and really well suited for 3 couples to stay. The location was great, near Winter Park Resort, snowshoeing, shops, restaurants and the tubing hill. We tried all kinds of activities and loved them all. The hot tub was clean and private and perfect after a day on the slopes. Our only recommendation is to get some more supportive pillows (they were a bit flat). We would definitely recommend this place and come back again to visit! Thanks for everything.

                            The timber Lake condo was a great place to launch into the snow and other mountain activities around Winter Park. The locations was superb and had good access to bus routes, plus good parking. The access to the National Forest land behind the property was great place to walk and view some of the local wildlife. The condo itself was fabulous and well provisioned. The split level provided all of us lots of room to mingle and for quiet places when needed. It was great place to relax after a long day in the mountains and to take a long soak. Certainly a place to check into when you are next in winter park

                            The condo is a delightful airy space with lots of light, an open floor design and super setting . Everything was clean and comfortable and Michael was great to work with. Our group of five had a wonderful time despite the low snow levels. I highly recommend and will definitely return.

                            I stayed in this lovely townhome with my family for a long weekend. It was even nicer than the pictures made it appear; it's clearly a very well cared for home. There were seven adults, and we had plenty of room for everyone. The beds were fabulously comfortable (a necessity after a long day of skiing). We loved the gourmet kitchen. Appliances were state of the art, and unlike many rental properties we have stayed in, all cooking utensils (knives included) were excellent. Having our own private hot tub right outside was an extra bonus. The location was one of the biggest selling points for me - although the house is located just a short walk from national forest, you can also walk into town in about 10 minutes. Plus, it's only a 5 minute drive to the slopes. Also, although we didn't ever use it, the Winter Park shuttle runs right out front of the property pretty frequently. We saw many other families using it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone considering a vacation to Winter Park, and we will definitely stay here during our next trip!

                            This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Conveniently close to the resort without the cost of staying at the resort. The family-friendly layout, very comfortable beds, state-of-the-art entertainment system and plethora of kitchen appliances/gadgets are just a few of the highlights that this condo has to offer. It is also within walking distance of the town of Winter Park and trails leading into national forest. The free shuttle also makes getting to the resort convenient for family members who want to start skiing earlier or later. The shuttle stop is a ~30 second walk from the condo and buses seemed to run quite frequently. Finally, Winter Park is a great mountain and with access to the sister-peak Mary Jane, people of all skill levels were able to find a spot that was fun to ski. In summary, you cant go wrong with this place!

                            My husband and I (along with several other expats) journeyed from tropical Bangalore, India (I'm a teacher who missed the mountains) and stayed for 3 nights at Timberlake. Brief summary: - photos were accurate, but, honestly, the whole was nicer than the sum of the visual parts on the website :) - plenty of room...three bedrooms and a Murphy bed which kids love - the unit was super clean; virtually new property, no overtones of being a rental unit - we loved the steam shower after a day outside! - only light snow for skiing while we were there, but snow snowshoeing was a surprising discovery! didn't own them but rented them in town - tall surrounding windows in the unit gave a sense of being enveloped by lightness - fireplace was clean, easy and cozy; washer drier was easy, convenient - ample parking for multiple cars (we only had one but had friends visiting) - top of the line appliances and furnishings for entertaining ( however the good grocery store was a whole 10 minutes away in Fraser :) - short walk to central city and excellent shopping (don't tell my husband before he sees the charges) - easy access to shuttle bus to Winter Park Resort - lovely scenery in nearby surrounding area...worth a short drive to see the art galleries in Grand Lake - good restaurants; we mostly entertained in with friends but went did go to Granby and ate at The Brickhaus where both the burgers and staff were excellent We want to go back for skiing in winter, hiking in summer and to visit the hot springs any time of the year. We only live once and figure we deserve to vacation here! ps forgot to mention wi-fi worked well as did the cable which, as usual, had almost too many channels :)

                          About the owner: We are a professional family from Iowa who has been coming to Winter Park for nearly a decade for outdoor activities.

                          Why the Owner Chose Timber Lake:
                          Our kids learned to ski in Montana, and we have skied many places across the West. Friends and great annual lift pass deals first brought us to Winter Park; we fell in love and have continued to come back. As our children have grown, we decided to make Winter Park a permanent destination for family reunions and get-togethers. We are happy to share our home with you and hope to see many repeat visits!
