In Ft Collins for the CO Marathon. Great central location for participating in all the marathon activities (e.g., expo, bus loading area, start, finish). House was a perfect fit for two couples. The actual rental is in the basement, but that didn't present a problem for us (expect when I had to navigate the stairs after the marathon).

We stayed here for five days over the FoCo MX music festival weekend. Although the apartment is in the basement, it is very bright and sunny. I have never stayed in a VBRO that was so well equipped with amenities. From laundry detergent to paper goods it had everything we needed and more. There is also a nice collection of movies, books and games. Beds are comfortable and linens were good quality. The kitchen was well stocked although we did not cook while we were there. It was nice to have coffee filters, dishwashing liquid and cleaning stuff provided. We have had to buy these things at other places. Because of the big snow, we weren't able to use the bikes and outdoor space but appreciated that there was a grill, picnic table and hammock available in the backyard. It was well located for us to walk to CSU to visit our daughter and also to get to Old Town for the festival. I would recommend this place to friends for sure.

Our family of 4 stayed in Fort Collins on kids spring break vacation. Fort Collins is great, active city in colorado with great proximity to many outdoor activities. We checked out the local breweries, FT Art Festival, visited Rocky Mountains, went skiing at Eldora Mountain and had overall great week. The rental has big backyard and long driveway allowing our kids to play and skateboard while we prepared our meals. Rental had many nice amenities in inc: wash/dryer, grill, hammock, Netflix and portable fan (wife likes to sleep with fan on). The property is in excellent condition and made for a great trip! :)

My husband and I recently spent a week at this location. It's any easy walk to town and there are many restaurants and shops to choose from. We even took advantage of the bikes that are available, Fort Collins is a bike friendly town and it was nice to be able to ride in February. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is deluxe and you have everything you need to prepare a meal. It's a great home away from home atmosphere. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

The apartment was a wonderful location for my son, his wife, my husband and I to stay for three nights. We enjoyed the convenient location to downtown, campus and our daughter's apartment. The appointments were very comfortable and warm which was great in December! We'd definitely recommend this place for a great visit to Fort Collins.

We stayed in this delightful rental to attend the Fresno State vs. Colorado State homecoming game. Our son attends Colorado State and we (two couples) attended Fresno State. It was nice to have two bedrooms after sharing hotel rooms for the previous 4 nights. It was also very centrally located to Old town and campus. Very walkable. Easy to find and come and go as well. Terrific spot for all Fort Collins activities!

While in town for a wedding we stayed at this place. The owner was great leading up to the stay, working with me on payment dates and giving me arrival info in plenty of time. Upon arrival the furnishings, parking, bikes, and location was as good or better than expected. It matched the description well, although I hadn't realized it was a garden level unit. I also found the rate to be a great deal compared with hotel lodging, since we had 2 couples, ability to do meals at home, the bikes, etc. The location is great - we biked to the breweries, walked to downtown, and could walk to CSU. Excellent. Would stay again.

I would recommend the property to anyone that is looking to be close to Old Town. It is also a convenient location for heading up to the Poudre Valley / Mishawaka. It was very close and convenient. This home had everything that we needed for the trip (dishes, towels, linens, even bicycles!). The home has a working office upstairs (basement unit), but they are very quiet and respectful. Over all, it was a great experience.

Perfect rental for a week's stay of family members to attend my son's wedding in Ft. Collins. We hosted the rehearsal dinner in the back yard and it worked out perfectly. The owners provided us with tables and the gas grills and they were willing to help in any way they could. We appreciated the fully furnished kitchen when it came to cooking dinner for 47 people. Clean, nicely furnished and a great space for 5 people. Will definitely stay there again.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Fort Collins. It was very clean and had a lot of the "extras" that make the visit more comfortable and convenient. The bikes were a great idea as part of the rental - we were able to ride along the Poudre River trail and also rode to Old Town a few times. The kitchen had everything we needed which allowed us to cook a few meals. Having an office above was not an issue since we were out and about during the day and the evenings and nights were very quiet. It is in a nice location. We were able to walk everywhere. The owner is very available for any questions - he also has great knowledge of the area for any activities or events that may be going on.

Thanks for a wonderful stay in your town! We came to look at Fort Collins as a place to retire and our trip decided that for us. Greg's place is close to downtown and has a great backyard. Thanks for the advice on the great hikes and places to explore. I would recommend this place to a family or two couples as a place to stay as long as needed due to plenty of space.

NIce looking place, thats where it ended. It did receive a face lift but it is way over priced for where and what it is. Far from old town not really walkable which is why they have bikes I guess. The office upstairs is LOUD and busy like you can not sleep past 8:30 am. The worst thing is you really feel like your in a basement as if the bugs and ants are not enough. I found them in every room and on my bed. When I let the owner know he did not seem concerned. I would say look to find a different place if one is open.

Owner response: This was a surprise to me! Sorry you had such a different experience than you expected. Everything was laid out very clear in the description of the property as well as the map of the place so you should've known about the location - the home is 8 blocks from the down town square and still located in Old Town. Also, just wanted to note that I came over within an hour of your call about the ants on the kitchen floor and took care of the problem - there were no other bugs anywhere nor have we ever had a bug problem. I would've loved to have helped with any of these issues you were facing had you let me know - we only continue to exist if our guests are happy and get what they expected. Thanks, Greg

Was in town on business, and was looking for the comforts of home without staying in the big chain hotels. Huge Master bedroom with a very comfy bed, and extra bedroom for guests to stay when visiting me on the road. Having access to the kitchen is important, being able to cook while on the road is a huge plus for me! Love access to the bikes to get around town being so close to Old Town Entertainment District and CSU! The best part though has to be the Smart TV with access to Netflix! Thanks guys for a great rental, I'll definitely check back in next time I am in town!
