Morning Glory cottage with it's own pool and golf cart is located in lovely Spinnaker's Reach.This professionally decorated home is just 1/4 mile by golf cart to the private neighborhood beach. The golf cart parking directly in front of the beach access makes getting to and from the beach a snap.
This home has 3 levels. The main level features a well appointed kitchen. Adjacent to that are the eating and family room areas. The family room space has comfortable seating and flat screen TV with surround sound. This level also has a sitting room that overlooks the wetlands with a relaxing view of nature and beautiful beach skies. A day does not go by without sightings of deer, ducks and other wildlife.The screen porch also overlooks the wetlands and is a great place for end of the day sunsets.
The upper level has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds with full bathrooms adjoining each bedroom. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. Each room has it's own TV.
The bottom level features a room with comfortable couch and with a flat screen TV with surround sound. It is a great place for kids to get away and have their own spot. Next to the TV room is the bunk room with a pyramid style bunk bed. The top bunk is a single mattress and the bottom a double mattress. The downstairs has it's own full bathroom
The pool is very private and a great place to relax. After a day at the beach just rinse off in the private outdoor hot and cold shower and jump in the pool for a refreshing swim.
The home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and is great for kids with bikes. We are conveniently located off Coast Guard Road so grocery shopping and getting on and off the Island is convenient.
