Almost within walking distance of the Outlets at Silverthorne. Minutes to Dillon Reservoir and Summit County recreation, as well as Vail Pass for hiking, cross country or snowmobiling. Stunning views of Three Peaks, the Gore Range, and the Continental Divide. In the summer, a cold drink on the deck is heavenly, perhaps after a round of golf at The Raven. In winter, feet up after skiing/boarding all day near the fireplace while dinner simmers.

Year Purchased: 1998
About the owner: longtime Denver family has enjoyed many special times in Summit County. we have children and now grandchildren who also will be enjoying family get togethers at our place. We enjoy the outdoors, both summer and winter.
Why the Owner Chose Eagles Nest:
We tried day skiing as a family, and found the drive from and to Denver really ruined the experience. We suspected we would visit often in the summertime as well if we had our own place, and that has proven true. our place accomodates a family, is close to everything, has great views, and allows us to relax. It is an easy drive to and from Denver, which we can do without the ski or holiday traffic.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
the sun coming up over the mountains in the morning, happy hour on the deck in the summer, easy walks around the neighborhood in the evenings, the short drive to the ski area lets us sleep in, the coziness of family dinners after skiing, and perhaps a game or two afterward, cycling the mountain passes in the summertime, a boat on the lake, hikes in the Wilderness and sitting by the creek, breakfast outdoors at the Arapahoe Cafe in Dillon on a summer morning
