Master bath features walk in shower and double sink vanity. 2nd bedroom is located on opposite end of condo with private bathroom. View of pool and beach from 2nd bedroom. Comfortable pull out queen sleeper in living room. No cheap rental furniture here. All top of the line leather furniture and decorations. Our place is decorated for how we want to live. Fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

You'd be crazy to rent anywhere else. This condo is clean,convenient,charming and well maintained. It had all the comforts of home. The garage was a nice asset. The pool was right out the front door and the beach was just across the street. The owner was very pleasant and responded quickly. I would reccommend this property to my friends and family. I hope we can come back next year if not sooner.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We enjoyed a week's stay at this condo and can only say good things about it. The pictures although nice and a good representation do not show just how well maintained, luxurious and comfortable it is. Everything you could need for your holiday/vacation (kitchen equipment, DVDs, books, towels, beach items and more) is there. The condo was spotlessly clean. David, the owner, was pleasant and helpful and a pleasure to rent from. No hesitation in recommending this condo.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Wishing we could stay longer in Mariners Pointe. Thank you for making our stay in Indian Shores a happy wonderful vacation experience. The spacious condo, well frunished with anything one could possibly need, had a vwonderful view, only steps to the beach and a great pool. The property is extremely clean and well kept. As Arnold would say "we'll be back"!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: As a Territory Manager I travel all over the State but Indian Shores is still my favorite place. This is where Nancy and I met and will retire together. We both are avid road bicyclists, runners, triathletes and motorcycle riders. We thoroughly enjoy the outdoor lifestyle Indian Shores affords us. We love to jog on the beach next to the water or hop on the road bicycles and head North to Clearwater. There is no better way to spend a relaxing Sunday morning than at our beach with coffee and newspaper at sunrise. At the end of the day we frequently enjoy spectacular sunsets.
Why the Owner Chose Mariners Pointe:
Born in California and living in Midwest I was constantly craving to get back to the water and the laid back lifestyle I so much enjoy. After vacationing all over Florida for years we found Indian Shores. It is a hidden gem that perfectly located near wonderful restaurants, theme parks, shopping, and the best beaches in the area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our unit sits directly on Gulf Blvd so you walk across the street and you are at the beach. There is a trolley that runs from Clearwater to Pass A Grille and stops at the Food Mart which is the next building South of Mariners Pointe. You can park in our private garage and not have to drive the rest of your vacation. Fine and casual dining is within short walking distance.
Great fishing can be enjoyed from our private fishing pier or right across the street at the beach.
