Pro- Location almost near to everything. The view from the balcony was amazing. The clubhouse is exactly opposite to the house Cons- No internet connection at all.. we needed it for some urgent work and came to know it was disconnected couple of months back. There was no CD/DVD and without internet we were unable to connect to netflix or anything hence stuck with no entertainment. The beds are very uncomfortable and makes sound when you turn from one side to the other. Hence none of us slept well. The house did not have vent and hence you have to open windows while cooking even in freezing cold winter. This is recommended only for short stay , however as we booked it last minute during peak season we did not regret much.Owner response: As an owner with pride in his unit, I was shocked to receive this review. While we have only owned the unit for a single season, we have striven to be accurate and helpful in our representations. There is a blue ray DVD player in the unit - I know because I installed it myself. The wifi was operational in the unit at thanksgiving (the last time that I was at the unit). There is no truth in the statement that the system was down two months prior. Until the "digital 395" project is complete, all of mammoth suffers from limited Internet capacity. I assure any potential renters that we have a dedicated wifi hotspot for the unit. It is unclear what problems exist with the common area - there is a great outdoor jacuzzi, a sauna, and free wifi. As for the beds, this is the first complaint that we've received after renting to approximately 100 guests last season. We'll check out the situation and will make changes if we find that there's really a problem. Finally, I'm very disappointed that this guest didn't call me with his complaints while he was at the property. He and I spoke several times leading up to his stay, particularly so at I could grant certain special requests that he had. We bent over backwards to make him and his group happy - it seems that this simply wasn't possible.

This is a great place to stay at! Walking distance to the gondola with a ticket booth for quick and easy access to the slopes, plus lots of shops and places to eat all right near the gondola. Place was clean, had wood for the fireplace on the balcony, and a fully equiped kitchen. Stayed here twice now and would definitely go again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

These cabins have been used by my family for many years now. It serves us best in any season. Not far from Skiing (Mammoth Mountaining), Downtown Mammoth, Low Lands (Bishop & Surrounding Areas) and or High Sierras. Not far from Yosemite, Mono Lake and June Loop. The cabins are always clean and well supplied. Plenty of room both inside and out (Parking).Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.
