Summer: This complex is right on the beach! This unit is a short walk to the private beach. Lakefront gated condo complex with private sandy beach. Directly next door to the Hyatt Resort & Spa. The Hyatt has a full service spa to take advantage of right across the street!
The Hyatt right next door has rentals for mountain bikes, boats, water toys, and more are available nearby. Lots of variety in restaurants within walking distance.
The beach is a private beach with only a few people to share it with. Come for the awesome sunsets, walk to the Hyatt pier, Lone Eagle Grill, & gambling.
Bedroom upstairs has a bunk room that sleeps 3 and shared bathroom (jack and jill with the 2nd bedroom which has a queen bed. Master bedroom has king bed and private bath, please inquire for more pictures

What a Gem - Great convenient location, walk to all the conveniences. We didn't even need our car. Walk to the private beach, Hyatt, and restaurants. The townhouse was just perfect for our family even had a play area outside of the kitchen doors. The unit is very well equipped and maintained. The owner is very cooperative in answering questions and made it a very pleasant experience. The only negative was the TV operation but I am sure they can explain how the remote works or most men can figure it out. Would definitely recommend this one and we look forward to returning.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

There is no better place than 999 for a visit to north shore Lake Tahoe. Over the last several years the cost of beach access has become prohibitively expensive for our family. The beach at 999 is one of the best at Incline and the location to the 4th of July fireworks display and the Hyatt pier are ideal. #7 at 999 is a wonderful unit with a great grass lawn area right there for games and gatherings. We shared this unit with another family so the cost comparably to other locations was perfect for us. Our experience at #7 was terrific and the logistics were easy and friendly. We highly recommend this unit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
