About the owner: We are from the NC area, but love travelling to the southwest Florida area when we can get down there.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Northeast:
Cape Coral is a really clean city, and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping areas within 2-3 miles of the condo. Sanibel, Captiva, & Fort Myers Beach are closeby. We loved the area when we first saw it.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
While staying at the condo, there is a really nice pool and hot tub to enjoy. The pool is never crowded. There is a fitness room to keep up your exercise program, or there are nice areas to walk if you enjoy that as part of your exercise program. It is a gated community, so that part is really nice.
