We have recently returned from our month in this home. We enjoyed our time there greatly and found the home to be very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The owners have equipped the house with every item needed for a great stay. A grocery store, Wal-greens and a nice little Mexican restaurant are within walking distance and we also took advantange of the near-by walking paths . A most enjoyble home away from home awaits anyone who chooses to rent this property.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

Rented this property for the month of January. The home is very large and very nicely furnished and decorated. Location is close to shopping,food, groceries and very quiet. the owners were fantastic. we wanted for nothing as everything was there and ready for us on arrival. Would recommend this property for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy Arizona.We like to move around from year to year, but this property may lure us back again. The house is fantastic. Excellent location. You can walk to the grocery and movie rental stores. Everything is clean and well furnished. The master bed is very comfortable and quiet. Visit San Tan Mountain Park for amazing views and hiking. Golf, swimming pools and great food at San Tan Flats are nearby.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Your home was just great. It felt like home right away. It was so well furnished with the best of everything and very clean.. Neighborhood seemed very safe. We did miss the internet and Fox cable news. Photos were very accurate. Owner was great to work with. Loved the laundry room. Thanks for sharing your home with us..Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

About the owner: We live in the Black Hills of South Dakota close to Mount Rushmore. I am a registered nurse and my husband work for Pete Lein and Sons in Rapid City. We have 4 children and 7 grandchildren.

We bought our property to spend our winters in when we retire.
