Located in the quieter north area of town (2 blocks north of Rehoboth Avenue), away from the amusement park. Living area has a queen murphy bed plus a futon/bed, table and chairs, cable tv and phone and wifi internet access. Small balcony off the living area. Stylish kitchen area with new cabinets, granite counter, cooktop, microwave and compact refrigerator. Hardwood flooring throughout the unit. Updated bathroom with tub/sliding shower doors, new fixtures, etc. Ceiling fan, through-the-wall air conditioner, and baseboard heating for cooler months. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS UNIT IS AVAILABLE ONLY FOR WEEKLY (OR LONGER) RENTALS DURING THE SUMMER.

This was the perfect getaway for me and my fiancee. Amazing location! Close to beach, boardwalk, shops, etc. But yet still quiet to sit on patio. Very clean property and perfect size for a couple. We plan on staying here again for another weekend vaca.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

The condo was very clean and nicely updated. The photos and description were accurate. It's a great location and in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, boardwalk, bike rentals, shopping and other attractions. However, space is VERY limited as it's an efficiency. When the murphy bed and futon are both being used, there is about 8 inches of space to walk between them. So a word to the wise...two nights with 2 adults and 2 children was a bit cozy! But would definitely recommend as a fun getaway for two!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

I have stayed in this unit twice and I love the location. It has off street parking, is close to the beach and Lingo's Market for all your needs. Park the car and walk to many great restaurants and shops. The unit is very neat and clean with a nice bathroom and beautiful kitchen. I love to sit on the deck in the adirondack chairs and enjoy the beach air.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

THIS UNIT ONLY RENTS BY THE WEEK DURING SUMMER SEASON. Before and after summer season (off-season), $100/nt, two night minimum. 50% non-refundable deposit required at booking. Remainder plus $200 security deposit to be paid by 1 month prior to visit. I prefer Paypal, but also accept e-checks and Visa, MC and Discover.

I've always wanted a place in Rehoboth, near the ocean, and this unit is perfect! Rehoboth is a nice friendly beach town with a beautiful wide white sand beach, great restaurants and shops, more upscale than other neighboring beach towns!
