A relaxing, peaceful vacation townhome with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and just off the second hole at The Ridge at Copper Point Golf Course. This is the place for you and your family if you are an avid golfer, skier, hiker, beach lover, shopper or water skier! There are activities for everyone nearby.
This townhome is very close (in most cases 5 to 10 kms away) from Eagle Ranch Golf Course, Copper Point Golf Course, Radium Resort Golf Course and Hot Springs, Fairmont Golf Course and Hot Springs, and the world renowned Grey Wolf Golf Course, to name a few. It is also within 3 kms to the exit to Panorama Mountain Ski Resort and Fairmont Ski Resort.
In the summer, you can watch the golfers on the fairway, and watch the paragliders launch off of Mount Swansea from the balcony. Enjoy watching the sun come up over the mountains on the private sun-covered balcony with your latte and then watch the sun go down over the mountains with a glass of wine. BBQ your favorite treats in the fresh mountain air or make use of the full kitchen. Perhaps even catch a glimpse of the wildlife that wander past the shared green space that was preserved behind the complex. This area is also a great spot for the kids to run around.
If you don't feel like cooking, take a 2 minute walk to Tim Hortons or the famous Black Forest Restaurant.
In the winter, take a short drive to Radium Hot Springs or Fairmount Hot Springs for a soak in the natural hot pools following a great day of skiing at Panorama Mountain Resort. The exit to Panorama Mountain Resort is a short 3 kms drive from the townhome.
This property is made up of three floors. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser and generous closet. The larger bedroom has two twin beds as well as a dresser and large closet. There are two futon beds - one queen and one twin with large, think mattresses located in the living room. The linens for all beds are provided. Bathroom linens are also included. A large, bright white kitchen, with all the utensils included, and a kitchen table that seats 8 people overlooks the view to the mountains in the rear of the complex. There is a large storage room on the main floor just off the garage for your skis and golf clubs that also houses a washer and dryer. There are three tv's (one in the living room and one in each bedroom) with cable and each with it's own DVD player. There is a DVD library available. Wireless Internet is available throughout the townhome.
This townhome has a single car garage for your boat or car.
You have your own private front door entry as well as passcode entry through the garage door for your convenience. There is parking for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway) in addition to visitor parking in the complex. Professional cleaning is provided prior to, and after, your stay.

On our first visit to Invermere, we really didnt know very much about the town and surrounding area. The owners we so helpful with all the information we needed to make our vacation one of the best. Starting with a very detailed map of how to get there, suggestions on places to eat and shop and activites in the area. The condo was immaculate with everything we needed to make our stay one to remember. The beds were all very comfortable with soft sheets (how often do you get that in a hotel?) The property itself is in a great location with a perfect green space to relax. We loved our trip and the place so much, we went a second time and are already planning our third!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We had a really nice stay in Invermere at this townhouse. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was lots of space for our beach stuff.
