We lovingly gut-renovated our home, top to bottom, and we are discerning/cautious in making it available for rental.
Unique, direct beach-front, ground floor townhouse. Only 20 feet from the beach. Spacious living room with wood burning fireplace and a double set of sliding glass doors that dramatically frame the direct ocean and beach view. The open great room downstairs consists of a gathering room adjacent to the kitchen and dining area - outfitted with state of the art appliances and electronics, including wall-mounted plasma TV, Blue Ray disc player, wireless internet and custom installed surround sound speaker system.
The master bedroom with king size bed, and the guest room with queen size bed, both face the ocean with an expansive balcony to take in the ocean breezes.
The 3rd bedroom has double bunks and is also located on the 2nd floor.
The Southeaster is one of the most popular properties on the coveted 'no cars on the beach,' south end of New Smyrna Beach. With only 77 total units in the complex and less than half of them being used as rentals, you will always have privacy.
The Southeaster recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation of the pools, landscaping, and game/gathering room.
You will find 2 tennis courts, shuffle board courts, 2 pools (one heated), recreation room and beautiful ocean front sun deck.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS - Not even on the patio. We will not rent to smokers or to anyone that hosts smokers.

Our approval of any rental requests is based in part of the number of occupants, and we do not allow more occupants than as set forth in the the Agreement.
Any increase in the number of overnight guests/occupants during the rental period will result in eviction and forfeiture of the prepaid rent and security deposit.
