The downstairs features an open floor plan with a living room and dining room separated by french doors; a large, fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer, an iron and board, and all the necessary supplies.
The bathroom features a vintage clawfoot tub, heated slate floor, and east-facing privacy glass windows that fill the bathroom with gorgeous morning light.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen size bed with a skylight above and an unobstructed north window view of Mt. Baker (on sunny days) :)
The second bedroom features a twin bed with an extra twin mattress beneath and skylight above; original corner sink, and French doors that open onto a garden roof terrace with views of Mt. Rainier, downtown Seattle and the Space Needle.
A small garage is available, but there's also ample on-street parking.
This vacation home offers quiet neighborhood privacy for your well deserved relaxation.
