I'm a tennis pro and work at a nearby HOA as the Director of Tennis and run my own tennis facility management company. I love to run and bike as well as play tennis tournaments.. my girlfriend and I love to travel, take cruises, and go on adventures

The location is terrific... it's centrally located in the development so it has no traffic noise.
It's at the end of the cul de sac with both bedrooms facing the water which adds to the serenity...
