This little house has a independent entrance and a big private sun deck with big private pool overlooking the the Romantic Zone and the oceon. This newly constructed Condo/house, offers modern design with crisp clean lines... a quaint and cosy hideaway. Full equipped kitchen, dining area and a living room with partial view of the Pacific Ocean. As you descend the circular staircase, the lower level of this home offers the main bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and counter-top vessel sink. Brushed by cool breezes, the spacious rooftop terrace in this Extended Stay is perfect for soaking up the sun, relaxing while reading a book, view fantastic sunsets or the evening fireworks at the ocean.This little independent house also offers, satellite TV and DVD player, air conditioning, personal safe, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and fridge. Just in front is a little mini supermarket and a Taco stand.

The place was perfect for me! It was very private, and the pool was a great place to hangout after the beach. Great views and so close to one of my favorite restaurants Vista Grill! I can't say anything bad about my experience there, just know there are stairs.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

we ask for a 50 % deposit and the balance plus a damage protection deposit of 400 US do 30 days before arrival.
For Christmas and New Years season a 100 % deposit is requested

About the owner: We are both in our 50ties. Javier is Mexican and is architect. I’m (Andreas) born in Germany living 20 years in Mexico. I studied business law and journalism. When I was finish somebody told me, you look like a model you should try. I did. It was great. Good money, traveling around the world. But I never forgot this job is just for a time. So I open my own press and promotion agency on the side. I had my own columns in different newspapers and magazines. The promotion for hotel chains broth me also to Mexico. Playa Del Carmen was at that time a little fishermen’s village and here I dripped in to Javier. So we build our first hotel in Playa del Carmen (Hotel Aventura Mexicana) and opened 3 restaurants. But I think I did my promotion job to good, it was growing to fast. Big hotels were build and the village became to a busy town without any charm and culture. My partner and I sold in 2006 and we were looking around for a change. Playa Del Carmen has lost the charm. The only what is left is the Caribbean, but this is not enough. We were missing the scene. So when we came to Puerto Vallarta, we said: Yes welcome to the real Mexico with culture and very friendly, open minded locals and a great scene. So we moved with our 2 dogs to Puerto Vallarta. We love it here and made in a short time a lot of friends.
