Moss Creek is conveniently located just 1/4 mile from the HH bridge and only 8 minutes from the center of Hilton Head. Yet in the past 5 years this adjacent area to HH, Bluffton has become the place to shop, dine out at many fine restaurants and live. Moss Creek's amenities include two world class 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, biking on our nature trails, a state of the art newly design ocean style pool with lap pool & kids pool, new health center and a restaurant in our Club House that's as good as you will find.
I will briefly describe our home then follow with greater detail. This beautiful home consists of three large bedrooms with 3 full baths. The living room and dining room are attached and offer comfort and spaciousness. The eat in kitchen with a deck off the side of the house has all the tools to make you feel at home. There are multiple decks with a sun room and gas grill for cooking out. The two car garage is attached to the front of the home.

Huge master bedroom with a kingsize bed-large walk-in closet-vanity-toilet, walk-in shower and television.
2nd Bedroom-
Two full beds with a two chair sitting area-tv full bath.This bedroom easily sleeps four children.
3rd Bedroom-
One full bed with attached full bath
Dining room: has an Ethan Allen table opens to sit 8, with sliders that connect to sunroom that has full sized crib exit to rear deck.
Living room: enclosed bar area, fire place, tv-dvd, chairs & couch for your relaxation.
Kitchen: all new cabinets ,floor, counter tops with great appliances and has all the utensils that you will ever need.
Rates: mim rental is 4 days @$135/day +$125 exit cleaning fee
month $2525 iincludes all charges.
Note: Covenants require renters with a pickup truck between 9pm and 7 am to keep the truck in the garage with the garage door closed.

The fourth property is not listed but is a very nice 2 large bedroom with a large study with a pull out coach. The house is on the golf course and is modern.

This rental was great! Just as described. It was very comfortable with space for everyone. Our group of 5 golfing buddies enjoyed the challenging North and South Moss Creek golf courses. I would recommend this rental to anyone. Unit was very clean on our arrival. We had no problems with the unit. We will stay here again next year. Thanks.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
