Reasonably Priced Mini-Estate in the Center of Town with a large Private Pool and beautiful Gardens.
The property is on a double lot and completly fenced in.
You have privacy and the enjoyment of staying in a period property in Niagara-on-the Lake
Theatres, Restaurants and unique shops are only a few blocks walk.
The furnishing are top quality, linens mostly all 100% egyptian cotton, many antiques and a kitchen which is completly stocked with every possible cooking utensil and about 3 dinner sets.
We have just completed a designer all white room.
All the rooms are tastefully designed and furnished.
Plenty of seating outdoors poolside for BBQing and enjoying the flowers and foliage.
The pool is probably the largest in NOTL being 18ft x36ft and goes from 4 ft to 8ft in depth. It is very warm.
We try to keep our rates as low as possible, and find people appreciate this in the present economy.
Children are very welcome but please note this property is not available for weddings or any other event or large party.
Staying at Aspen Manor is a unique experince as the home really has the feel and atmosphere of a turn of the century home and times past.
There are several new built vacation rentals in town but none compare with having your own small estate-like property with privacy and your own pool in Summer or cosy Fireplace in Winter.

The home was very cozy and warm and the grounds very private , we found everything very clean and the beds comfy. Kitchen had an eclectic collection of interesting items. Our experience at the rental and in the town was very positive would return.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

We really needed a break from the city and found this place on VRBO. It was really lovely, clean and comfortable and just what we needed. The kitchen had lots of different set of dishes and everything imaginable for cooking. I found it much more interesting than the standard rental. The house has a large fireplace and TV's , comfy beds with good linens. The owner was also very nice , and helped us decide on a good restaurant and gave us some free wine vouchers. WE had a really great time will go there again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

My family and I really needed a good rest , we found this lovely home and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was great and having lots of space was perfect. We were able to do a few wine tours and enjoy the town. The house is well furnished especially the kitchen. We were surprised how lovely the place was and the pool was fantastic. It was so nice to have the complete privacy and have your own pool . Lots of space for everyone. The linens , towels etc were top class and the kitchen was a real bonus with all the eclectic dinner sets and odd bits of cutlery etc. Not just standard stuff. The location was good too. We had a wonderful stay wish we could return sometime.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

Had a very large warm pool and really comfortable beds with top class stuff. Kitchen was almost over stocked with all sorts of dishes and pots and pans etc. Location was great too, just far enough away from the crowds on the main street, but close enough to walk. Had 3 small children with us and appreciated the fact that the pool area was completely secured. Intenet and TV's worked well and a really comfy place.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house has the character of the town and happy it wasn't one of the newly built ones. Pool was large and private and warm. Owner was very pleasant and gave us lots of info on the area and did not disturb us , which was great. It was actually much better than we expected.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

Stayed for 4 nights at this charming home. Hosts 10 people although there was only 4 of us - giving each of us plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The home is in a great location - easy walking distance to main street - shopping, restaurants, spas, etc. The home was comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed that it was truly a home away from home.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We stayed here in mid June of this year (we're a family of 4) and were very happy with how private and well appointed this property was. The huge pool was such a bonus - it's larger than most hotel pools. For being so close to the town (a nice 8 minute stroll) this was very well priced. It's far enough away from the crowds and is perfect for those wanting a very private rental with classy antiques. We wish we could have stayed longer - it felt like a real home.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: Started renting my home in 1999 ,we have 2 other properties in the area where we stay in Summer. Enjoy meeting people from all over and really love seeing how much they appreciate the house and its atmosphere and the town .

Outstanding property as it has a very large lot and mature flowers and foliage, it is very private and yet right downtown. Has a small rear cottage which we use for gardening and maintaining pool and grounds.
