Aloha and Welcome to 7302 Cliffs Condo resort complex. This oceanfront condo unit is situated high on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Princeville, North Shore of Kauai, adjacent to the Prince and Makai Golf Courses. Great ocean views abound from the living room, kitchen, lanai, and a spectacular mountain view sunset over Bali Hai from the master bedroom. We've seen many whales from the front lanai, and if you're here in the winter we're sure you'll see them also.
Our comfortable and roomy top floor condo is bright and airy with high ceilings and all the comforts of home. All bedrooms are newly furnished with beautiful Hawaiian tropical style. The two bedrooms are complimented by two full baths on the lower level, the second bedroom is a loft with one full and one queen-size bed to sleep four. The master bedroom on the lower level has a king-size bed with its own private bathroom and balcony with views of Bali Hai.
Accommodating comfortably up to six people, the unit gets cool tropical tradewind breezes throughout the day. You'll be amazed after a day of activities you'll come home to find the condo comfortable even with the sun is shining brightly and the outside is hot.

We began visiting Kauai on our tenth wedding anniversary. Twenty years later it is still our most favorite location on earth. We were thrilled to find this perfect island get-away at The Cliffs at Princeville. We love sitting on the lani gazing at the ocean view, watching whales and dolphins.

We just returned from a stay at the Cliffs # 7302, that we reserved thru you. We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect. My husband and I both loved the king bed in the master.

Susan and I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful place you have and how much we enjoyed our stay. We took a couple with us that had never been to Hawaii before; they were simply "blown away" by the beauty and location of your place! Your place is very tastefully furnished and that view of the ocean is just breathtaking; that combined with the daily showers (especially at night) makes for an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. We got so accustomed to the showers at night that after we returned we began using a CD with the sound of rain to put ourselves to sleep at bedtime (I'm serious). Susan and I have been to Kauai probaby 5 or 6 times prior to this: our stay in your place was the best ever! You can be sure that the next time we want to go to Kauai, the first place we will check for availability will be yours.

This Condo is awesome. My wife, Son and I spent 7 nights here and had a spectacular time. You wake up in the morning to a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean.. Go to the pool take a dip and get ready to explore the island. When you return from a day of exploring you return to a warm, inviting retreat (Cliffs 7302). All the amenities TV, DVD, Stereo, Wireless Internet access.. Everything you may or may not need. If you can't tell by now we had a great time. The Pollard's
