We had an awesome time in this rental. The place was clean and the "putt-putt" and lemon tree in the backyard was a plus. If we ever come to Phoenix again, we'd stay here! This house is only 30 minutes away from AZ Cardinals and Phoenix Coyotes Stadiums.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Pictures and descriptions are excellent but don't do justice in what awaits those lucky enough to rent this very lovely home done in an attractive southwest motif. Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood near parks and the adjacent Coldwater Springs Golf Club this charming home is a great place to get away to. Convenient to several large shopping areas and the beauty of Arizona's many mountain attractions this home is emaculately kept, has Internet capability and satellite television. Complimenting its location on the 16th hole of Coldwater is a nice four hole putting green to aid in keeping your game sharp. The owner is especially pleasant to work with and provides you with all the helpful instructions and directions you'll want to make your stay enjoyable. The value you receive for the rental price is extraordinary. You can be sure I am recommending this home to everyone I know and am hoping to make it an annual destination each spring. A remarkable value. A great location. Clean and fresh. Comfortable and convenient. Everything you look for in a vacation get away. You won't have a worry connecting with this rental.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Four of us had a wonderful golf holiday at this beautifully maintained home in Avondale.....as well as a great rapport in dealing with the owner of this property. I would definately recommend this location to family and friends. Highlights include: Located on the 16th hole of a golf course, putting green and lemon tree in backyard, and in close proximity to Fry's Market and the I-10.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a very comfortable home, in close proximity to shopping, sports and recreational activities. Loved the putting green, thanks for leaving balls and putters. Even found enough lemons to make lemon bars,. Hope to see you again next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The rate of $750 per week or $2400 per month. A $500 damage deposit is required, refundable in full within fourteen days after departure. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $135 is required. A rental rate of $2200 per month applies to all rental periods of three months or more. Monthly rental is $2400.

About the owner: I grew up in Marshall, MI, graduated from Western MI U., lettered in 5 sports, and taught P.E. for 2 1/2 yrs. I am a LPGA member, played the tour for 15 years, and still teach this great game with the Bird Golf Academy.

I like an open living room and kitchen area, with the bedrooms at opposite ends from the master BR. The putting green is handy for practicing. The Meyer lemon tree is great for making lemon bars and sharing any leftovers.
