Sunset Cliffs Beach Bungalow three blocks to the beach, ocean views. The house is a beautifully kept three bedroom, three full bath house in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The lot is 7000 sq. ft with two barbeques with a lovely landscaped backyard. Every night you experience one of the best Sunsets in San Diego that leaves everyone spell bound.
The house has three bedrooms and I can configure it to accommodate up to 6, 8 people. I can work with your family situation to make the experience great.
There are three full baths so plenty of places to get clean.
The Kitchen is fully decked out with all that you need to make a gourmet meal. The kitchen was redone two years ago and is first class.

Thanks, Timothy. Your house was able to accomodate our whole family in comfort. Three great bedrooms, three accompanying bathrooms (we have 3 girls), made it an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed many family dinners on the patio (loved the charcoal bar-b-que). The kitchen was stocked with many extras we didn't expect (condiments), it was great to have the washer/dryer always available, we made a lot of use of the wi-fi and NetFlix, and your attention on our arrival and throughout our stay was greatly appreciated. We would rent here again in a minute. There is so much to see and do in the San Diego area, I wish our stay would have been longer. Ocean Beach (the OB!) has made an ocean lover of this prairie girl.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our large family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children) had a very enjoyable stay at this older home in a quiet neighborhood over the Independence Holiday. Timothy was very accomodating to our needs and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The kids really enjoyed running around in the large grass backyard which is pretty uncommon for homes in this area. We enjoyed most mornings and evenings out on the patio with our home cooked meals and coffee using the gourmet kitchen and bbq grills. The layout of the rooms worked out very well for us as each bedroom has its own bathroom and a door to the back patio. The home is in a great location and we rode our bikes as well as walked to Ocean Beach several days. Be sure to check out Lighthouse Ice Cream & Yogurt at the end of Newport Ave for some of the best waffles and ice cream!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family of seven came to San Diego for our daughter's graduation from nearby Point Loma Nazarene University and enjoyed our stay in this lovely typical California-style home. Everything was exactly as promised on website and in my conversations with owner. I found the owner easy to work with and accommodating to our specific needs. There was plenty of room for all of us, with the three bathrooms especially nice. You do, however, have to pass through one bedroom to get to the back bedroom (or simply use the back bedroom's outside door and go around the house.) The home includes a view of the Pacific from the front yard and a very nice private back yard. And the kitchen is fully updated and very usable. This property exceeded our expectations. The location is great especially if you want to be close to Seaworld and the Ocean Beach pier. The house is an older house, but all was in working order, has a newer kitchen and back bedroom bathroom as well. The only thing that wasn't a problem for us, but could be, was the configuration of the rooms. You have to walk through the middle room to get to the back room. The beds were very comfortable and although you are in a flight pattern the airplanes didn't bother our sleep, which was great for the duration of the trip. My two kids loved the backyard, we grilled and enjoyed the mornings out there often. Timothy was available if we had any questions before and during our trip. We were there right before spring break and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall, great place, great location.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Thank your for the review. I am about 1.5 miles from the principal part of the flight path. I will be updating the bedroom windows to reduce the noise. All rooms have their own private full to 3/4 baths. Thanks Timothy

Why the Owner Chose Sunset Cliffs:
This has been my main house for years. I love this beautiful beach neighborhood near Sunset Cliffs with its beautiful coast line and great area to ride your bicycle around. Very safe for the kids.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
It is a 5 minute walk to very private beaches. You can be golfing or playing tennis in 10 minutes by car. Plus you are only a 15 minute walk to OB downtown with all its great little restaurants and interesting shops.
