Thank you Todd so much for giving us an amazing place for our week in Panama City! The view was great, there were multiple pools for leisure including a hot tub, and we were in a great location in regards to the main stage area where all the entertainment was. The inside of the condo was very comfortable and relaxing, and my roommates and I all agree it was a very memorable week. Thanks again!

Great location on the beach.We enjoyed the large balcony daily looking out over the pool and hot tub.I took 4 college students for spring break and the security at this location was the best I have seen.Dee's Hangout for lunch was perfect choice for some seafood.

WE HAD ONE OF OUR BEST FAMILY VACATION EVER HERE. WE HAD OUR SON THAT IS IN THE AIRFORCE MEET US AT OUR/ TODD`S CONDO. THE BEACH AND POOL AREAS WERE GREAT FOR US TO USE. OUR CONDO ON THE 3RD FLOOR WAS GREAT FOR KEEPING TRACK OF THE H.S. KIDS AT THE BEACH. THE LIVING AREA FIT OUR FAMILY OF 7 GREAT. THE CLEANING WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH. WE WILL BE BACK. This condo was amazing! It was very clean, well decorated and spacious! We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the balcony, overlooking the ocean – the view was absolutely breathtaking! The location is perfect- great for relaxing, great restaurants and nightlife, so much to see and do around you...fun for all ages! I can’t wait to come back for another stay and would definitely recommend this condo others!

Todd just to let you know how much my family and I enjoyed staying in your condo. We are planning a 2nd trip to Gulf Crest this summer. You were so easy to work with and easy to get in touch with. Being on the 3rd floor is so nice and convenient to use the stairs or the elevator either. The security at Gulf Crest is unbelievable - they watch it all parking garage, building and pool! Thanks Todd for sharing your condo at Gulf Crest! -Gulf Crest is the best in PCB - I highly recommend your unit - it was everything the picture and write up said! Just wonderful!!!!

Our family had the best vacation the week of May 16th. The condo was absolutely beautiful (decorated nice and very comfortable floor plan). Perfect location on the 3rd floor with a great sunset view overlooking the ocean. We loved the furniture on the spacious balcony (great for sharing meals or reading a book). We have been staying at the Gulf Crest for over 20 years (since it was a motel) and we enjoyed this condo the best! We will definitely plan to stay here the next time we visit Panama City!

We stayed in this condo the last week of March 2011 and had an amazing time! After walking through the front door and seeing the awesome view of the Gulf, we relaxed immediately! The location to kid activities, secure parking garage, full kitchen, comfortable beds, incredible pools and close proximity the beach made our vacation the best we've had in Florida. We didn't want to leave and would highly recommend this condo.

We just got back from spending a wonderful week in Panama City. This condo was everything we could have asked for! The owner was great to work with! The condo was spacious, super well-equipped, clean, and convenient! My little ones loved having their own bunks to sleep in, and it was nice to have our room to ourselves without having to climb over them to go to bed at night. The balcony is huge with the perfect amount of patio furniture, and the view is spectacular! We were worried on our way to FL about the oil, but there was absolutely no oil in sight! The beach was beautiful and the water was crystal clear! The two pools were so convenient to the condo and the beach and were never over-crowded. At Gulf Crest, you are in walking distance to a couple good restaurants and Emerald Falls which offers go karts, bumper boats, putt-putt, and a kiddie area. If you are looking to vacation in Panama City, we would highly recommend this condo!! We're looking forward to coming back in the future!

Just left this beautiful condo 5-26-09 Owners were great to work with me on my dates,we had a beach wedding to attend on Sunday afternoon and no one else would help, but Todd was very helpful. The entire complex is wonderful, The condo is very tastefully decorated. The parking, security,pools, and beach area are all clean and safe for families. We have been going to PCB for ages and this place is one that I have book-marked and will return to if possible. Thanks for sharing your condo with me and my family!

We just left this beautiful condo and had a great time. The entire complex is great. Pools, parking, security, and beach area could not have been any better. We go to PCB at least once or twice a year and will definitely go back to this one if it is available. The owners were great to work with us so we could attend a wedding on Sunday afternoon on the beach nearby, when no one else would even try. Thanks again for your help and sharing this beautiful condo with me and my family!

Stayed at this condo June 30 - July 5. The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with. The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything you would need. It was very clean! The third floor is perfect, wonderful view of the beaches and the pool area. Our whole family had a wonderful vacation and would love to return soon.

Stayed at this condo for the second time March 29-April 5. The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with. The condo is well equiped with everything you could need. Very clean and updated. The third floor is perfect if you have kids, no waiting for the elevator, steps are right outside the door. Very quiet area, grounds are well kept. View from balcony is gorgeous. Had a wonderful vacation and would love to return soon.

Todd, Thanks so much for allowing our family to stay in your amazing condo. We loved the location and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We hope to stay there again next time we come to Panama City. Your condo was everything you described and more!!! This was by far the best place we have ever stayed and we have been coming to Panama City for 18 years. We didn't get to come on Friday due to my husband having to go to the hospital with a kidney stone, but we did make it on Saturday. (We spent the first night at the hospital in Panama City also due to the kidney stone.) All went well after a rough start and the weather was beautiful. Thanks again for everything. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. It was decorated to perfection with gorgeous furnishings.It was perfect for our family. Being on the third floor was great! No elevators to wait on and I wasn't nervous about the kids being on the balcony. Speaking of the balcony it is huge! Lots of space for everyone to spread out. We ate every meal on the balcony which was lovely. We look forward to staying with you again. Hopefully for a longer stay next time. We weren't ready to go home. Your condo is wonderful. It is decorated beautifully,with tasteful furniture inside and on the huge balcony. This 2 bedroom condo is well worth a visit to Panama City Florida. We are a family of four who love the beach, but not the crowd, thus we hardly visit Panama City. When I came across this condo, we reconsidered. This is a brand new development on a great part of the beach, pretty much away from the crowd. The two pools were great, one heated the other not. We visited the first part of June so we able to use both of the pools. The parking is GREAT! Covered parking, oh how nice. The balconies are large, and well furnished. The decor was just what I wanted, being a decorator I can get pretty picky. All in all, a great place to take a relaxing, yet fun vacation.
