Walking into the historic town of Lahaina takes two minutes and yet you feel miles away from anyone at the resort. Lahaina Shores is a great place to stay if you do not want the commercialism of a big resort. It provides true Hawaiian atmosphere. Downtown Lahaina offers an astonishing array of art galleries, shopping, and dining.
A short walk along the beach is the Lahaina Boat Harbor where you can arrange any water activity imaginable. Maui has 15 championship golf courses with two located just five minutes away at Kaanapali.

My Husband, our 3 month old daughter and I recently stayed in this unit and had a wonderful time. The location was superb, and waking up to an ocean view every morning was such a treat. I would highly recommend this unit for someone who values walking to local restaurants and shops. It's also great access to beach and harbor activities, if you're interested in whale watching, sport fishing, scuba diving, surfing, etc. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Thank you, Tom, for assisting us during our stay and we hope to rent from you again in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We stayed in your condo during our 2011 trip. We liked it so much we wanted to stay in it again. Best unit we have stayed in at LSBR Unfortunately it isn't available this year when we want to come. Might have to look at changing our dates!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

The property was perfect, and as described, for our 5-day dive trip to Maui. Loved having two lanai's and the amazing view. Can't beat the location and the excellent value. The property is right on the beach, but also has a very nice pool and grassy area if you prefer that to the ocean and sand. All shops are within walking distance, so if you prefer not to rent a car you won't be stranded. We'll definitely book this place again on our next trip.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

Location, location, location! This unit is next door to shopping and old Lahaina. The pool is great and I don't think you can get closer to the ocean. Having two balconies allowed us to have a great breeze throughout the day and night. There is a luau each night right next door, the music and atmosphere is perfect! Thanks for working with us on such short notice Tom!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
