This beautiful three bedroom Sea Pines home has all the added touches to make your trip perfect!
All living areas feature travertine and carpeted floors, with beautiful views from the sliding glass doors- in the dining room, the living room and the master bedroom.
The living room has a flat panel TV, DVD, sleeper sofa, and additional seating. The sky lights in the living room allows much light into the room, giving it a bright airy feeling.
The dining area seats 8, in addition to a lovely window seat, and opens to the cozy sunroom, which has a lovely table to eat on, as well as seating to watch the birds, golfers and allows for views of the golf course and pool.
The newly updated, fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seats 6. There are also sky lights which bring in alot of bright light.
One bedroom has two XL twins, flat screen TV and shares a tub/shower combination with the second bedroom, which has two queens and a flat screen TV.
The master has a king bed and wall mounted flat panel TV, & DVD.. The master bath features double sinks, walk in closet, jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
The deck is an added bonus! With a gas grill, dining area and plenty of seating, it overlooks the Harbour Town golf course along with the kidney shape pool which gets plenty of sun. It's the perfect place to unwind or rest after a day at the beach or the course.
The outdoor lighting adds much ambiance to the grounds and allows you to really enjoy the nature in this neighborhood.
The garage can be used for cars and bikes, along with an extra refrigerator in the garage to store your favorite beverages and extra food.
This is a great house to entertain in, as well as just relax!

This home is lovely, warm and very relaxing. It has everythng you would want or need to make your stay in Hilton Head perfect.All of the rooms are beautifully decorated and the bedrooms are perfect. Master suite overllooks the yard, pool and golf course! It is located in the heart of Sea Pines, yet it is privale and secluded overlooking the beautiful Harbourtown Golf Course.The yard and pool were so well maintained. We sat outside in the morning enjoying our coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. There is ample tables and chairs around the pool. We especially appreciated the landscape lighting that accented the house and made it so easy to find later in the evening. The security lighting was great, too. We hope to rent it again in the near future. I highly recommend this property and the owners are super to work with.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We had a wonderful time here at #10. Easy to feel at home! The view is spectacular, especially if you are a golfer. The house has everything you need. The owners and rental company are great to deal with! We really wanted to come back next year but the people who were here just before us beat us to it! Lucky them!Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+.

We stayed here for the month of February, 2012 and are returning. The location on the Harbour Town Golf Links provides spectacular views. We love Sea Pines because of all the activities. Greenwood Forest is a very friendly neighbourhood and is centrally located. Inside, the house is beautifully appointed, very spacious and well equipped. Having a garage is a bonus. We loved taking our dog for walks around here and the beach is easy to reach - just a 10-15 minute walk away or a 5 minute bike ride. This house is very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed how the house opened to the backyard views and the pool/patio area - great sliding doors. The pool is awesome !Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
