This home is an authentic Seabright Beach House that has been completely remodeled and renovated “Cape-Cod” style. The cottage is located right in the middle of the beautiful Seabright Neighborhood, just 2 short blocks to Castle Beach within walking distance of The Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Seabright Brewery, Betty's Burgers, Pacific Edge Climbing & Yoga Gym and just a short walk over to Aldo's or the Harbor to enjoy a ride onteh Yach Harbor Taxi over to the Crows Nest for an oceanfront lunch or to the Bakery. When you walk in, notice the tile flooring, cute dining area (table seats 4), and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy close proximity to Downtown Santa Cruz shops, restaurants, and activities. Relax in the cozy living room with TV/DVD and gas fireplace. Charcoal BBQ. Stackable Washer & Dryer is on the back deck. Bathroom has standing shower ONLY. Back of the house has 3 tastefully decorated Bedrooms, each with its own TV with cable. This is a GREAT family Beach House! LINENS PROVIDED. Sleeps 5.
