This unit is located on the Comal River across the street from the Master Blaster at Schlitterbahn. Rockin R River Outfitter is located next door. On site is our new Di's Homemade Pizza, Kool Shak Water Ice Treats, and the exciting Paddle Board Company. We are within walking distance of town and Gruene is just 3.6 miles from this location. This unit sleeps up to 15 and has 2 private rooms with their own wet bars, and a main room they connect to. It has washer/dryer, full kitchen, dishwasher, table with eating area, small living room area and a back entrance to a deck overlooking the Comal River, as well as access to the river via another deck at the bottom. This unit is great for large families, reunions, yearly friends get together. Fun and excitement is all around.

Where do we start? THe owners are so amazingly nice and accomodating! The room is precious, the back balcony makes a great place to put your tubes or wet suits to dry. We literally walked everywhere! Schilitterbahn, breakfast, the river, etc. The little kitchenette was so perfect for us to have our own lunches. We had teen boys with us and they loved the independence this location offered them to go to the river on their own, in and out of schlitterbahn all day and to people watch out the back deck at the Rockin R river bus area. We also made the short 10 min drive to Texas Ski Ranch. This place is PERFECTLY located to so many things. Enjoy!!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

About the owner: My family and I have been doing this for a few years now. We love the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers. They are so beautiful and what a God given treat. We enjoy the rivers year round as we live on the Guadalupe river and own other properties as well on both rivers. We have 3 sons, one married, 3 in college. Thanks for your interest in our properties.
Why the Owner Chose New Braunfels:
This property is a great property for large families or group of friends or even family reunions. I have had several wedding parties rent the whole facility and use the back decks for their rehearsal dinners. It is absolutely gorgeous. We have had multiple family reunions here as our oldest reunion has been here and continues to come here every year since we opened. They are great. We would love to help you with your next trip.
The Unique Benefits at this Lodge:
This property is so unique, because you feel like you are in a nature setting while you sit on the back decks. It has trees, decks, grass, lights at night that light up the back water area, ducks early in the morning. I encourage you to sit on the back decks early in the morning before anyone gets to stirring and enjoy the sounds and sights of nature in the morning.
