Where do we start? THe owners are so amazingly nice and accomodating! The room is precious, the back balcony makes a great place to put your tubes or wet suits to dry. We literally walked everywhere! Schilitterbahn, breakfast, the river, etc. The little kitchenette was so perfect for us to have our own lunches. We had teen boys with us and they loved the independence this location offered them to go to the river on their own, in and out of schlitterbahn all day and to people watch out the back deck at the Rockin R river bus area. We also made the short 10 min drive to Texas Ski Ranch. This place is PERFECTLY located to so many things. Enjoy!!!!!
