The perfect beachfront vacation starts with this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Sleep to the soothing sounds of the waves and wake up to breathtaking sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean. Spend the day on the white sand beach, surf, swim in the ocean or the heated pool—or relax on the fourth floor balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the views!
The condo itself is luxuriously appointed with travertine tile, Italian leather sofas and flat screen tvs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new small appliances and a full complement of amenities for meal preparations. The master bedroom has a Queen-size four poster bed with a pillowtop mattress, while the second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. Furnishings aside, the unit is complete with family games, beach towels, boogie board, beach games, sand toys for the kids, noodles for the pool, beach chairs and an umbrella.
Spanish Main Condominium is especially friendly for renters. The grounds are spacious and include a large, heated pool that was just refinished. There is a large open space separating the complex from the main road so you feel private when you are on the grounds. Outside near the pool is a charcoal grill that is available for your use, and the beach walkway has a shower and water hoses to make it easy to rinse off as you come and go on the beach. Our fourth floor location has easy access directly from your parked car via the elevator. The balcony has amazing views of the beach and the ocean beyond, along with views of the pool.
Spanish Main is centrally located in Cocoa Beach. Within a short walk, you can enjoy Downtown Cocoa Beach, with its seasonal festivals, bike and beach rentals, live music, and selection of restaurants. Directly across A1A you will find the local library and post office, and another mile down the road you will reach the Cocoa Beach Country Club, offering public golf and tennis. Adjacent to Spanish Main is the newly renovated Barrier Jack’s Restaurant, the locals’ place for breakfast and lunch. Or pick up the local trolley in front of Spanish Main and ride the few miles along A1A, where you will find groceries, souvenirs, restaurants, and sundries. Ride the trolley to Ron Jon’s Famous Surf Shop to sign up for surfing lessons or do some shopping, or head to the Cocoa Beach Pier for some fishing, surfing, beach volleyball, or just a late afternoon lunch overlooking the surfers.
Port Canaveral, the largest cruise ship port in the US, is only 5 miles away. Stop by for lunch and watch the mammoth cruise ships quietly slide by in and out of the port. Cross the causeway and you are at the local mall, Walmart or numerous chain restaurants. If you are adventurous, in about 45 minutes you could arrive in Orlando and visit the fabulous Millennium Mall, or any of the Disney theme parks!
The condo has a master bedroom that pure elegance, with the new comfy, 4 poster queen size bed, end tables with lamps, and flat screen TV. Relax with a book in the oversized corner chair as you survey the ocean view. Enjoy the private bathroom, with its rain shower and sliding glass doors.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and a night stand and dresser. (There is a connector available that can turn these twins into a king size if needed.) Private access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower makes it convenient for guests or your kids to use.
The living room has an Italian leather sofa and loveseat set, creating a homey atmosphere, perfect to relax with a book, watch the waves or your favorite movie. A cherry wood end table and lamp help set the lighting in the evening as you unwind after a full day of sun and enjoy a DVD on the flat screen TV. Adjacent to the living room, the dining room has a large table that seats 8, along with a breakfast bar at the kitchen pass-thru for that quick morning bite.
Cable TV, DVD, house phone with unlimited local and long distance calling, and wireless internet are provided. There is a full washer and dryer for your use. Your bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, along with everything you and your family need to have fun at the beach!

What a Wonderful place!!!!! This Condo was a home away from home with everything included. The furnishings are very nice. I have to say that the feather bed in the masterbed was amazing and I actually got the best nights sleep!!! The 4th floor view of the pool and ocean was amazing. This condo was conviently locating for us as my nephew is stationed at Patrick AFB. The condo is also very close to many great restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again maybe next time for 2 weeks. Thanks Again!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We were fortunate to have stayed in this condo in December had to get the word out to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach that this is a gorgeous place to stay. The comfort, cleanliness, freshness, and overall beauty of the unit cannot be felt in the photos. This condo has been fully remodeled and has luxurious furnishings, upgraded linens and towels, not to mention the best bed we’ve ever slept in. Everything we needed in terms of kitchen, bathroom, pool, and beach supplies were provided. The owners went out of their way to make this a vacation home away from home. We made this both a relaxing getaway by enjoying the ocean from the balcony, watching spectacular sunrises, swimming in the heated and immaculate pool, and walking the beach, just steps away. We squeezed in the local tourist attractions: Kennedy Space Center, the famous Pier, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Port Canaveral’s restaurants and watching cruise ship departures, kayaking, golfing, Historic Cocoa Village… You’ll also be glad to know that grocery and retail stores are within blocks. It was a great vacation spot, and we will return!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I have been coming to Cocoa Beach for over 30 years. We enjoy the small barrier island hospitality and the Atlantic Ocean, and have always wanted to have a place here!
We bought this condo so we can continue to have our family reunions, spend time relaxing on the beach and waking up to sunrises and the sound of the ocean waves. We renovated our condo to create a hiatus and comfort as well as elegance, yet keep it casual so we could enjoy time away from the hectic life. We love to entertain friends and family and hope you make this your home during your vacation.

Morning walks on the beach are our favorite pastime, especially when they include a spectacular sunrise! We like to get out for a bikeride on the beach, a round of golf, or a great tennis match. Sometimes the best part of being here is just being home with the windows open, listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach....
