  My family and 2 other families rented this property for spring break. We had 6 adults and 9 children on the trip. The size and layout of the house accommodated our families very well and it never felt crowded. The management company did a great job of contacting us prior to our arrival and making sure that we had everything we needed including a good set of directions and contact info in the event we needed anything. Upon our arrival the house it was in perfect condition. It was exceptionally clean and decorated like a model home. I was amazed that a property that has rental traffic could be in such good shape. The house smelled clean, the furniture was clean, the floors were spotless, and there were no nicks, scrapes, or smudges on the walls. When we arrived we received the keys and garage door openers. The maintenance staff came by every day to check on the hot tub and make sure that it was properly filled and in good working order. The sleeping arrangements were great. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. All the linens and towels were very clean and smelled fresh. It's a great place to have a large gathering of family members or multiple families. In addition to a great house there was information left for us in a binder that provided good insight to local restaurants, activities, where to get groceries etc. We went skiing every day and it took us 12-15 minutes to drive to the parking lot of Crested Butte. It was about 8-10 minutes from the grocery store and down town Crested Butte. A few features of the property that we all loved were the steam shower, hot tub, large gourmet kitchen, fireplace, and large bedrooms. The garage is also great especially on a winter vacation.

  We stayed at this home for 8 nights and had a blast. The home has everything needed and the hot tub right outside the kitchen was a huge bonus! We had a large group of men staying for a week, so the high number of beds was the perfect setup for us. The fireplace in the family room was wonderful to come home to and it really warmed up the house very fast. The private location was great, just a short drive to the mountain and town and yet we still had a grocery store, liquor store and a couple of restaurants right around the corner. We loved our stay and the owners were extremely courteous, we would definitely stay again!

  This is a great house, very comfortable for up to ~15 people. Nice hot tub. Immaculate. ~8-10 mi outside CB proper

  We would highly recomend this property! It is updated, clean, very practical in its layout and furnishings, well maintained, reasonably priced, and really a beautiful home! The descriptions and pictures are very accurate. We had 16 in our family (the limit), and we were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was easy to work with, available to answer all questions, and had a person on site who came quite often to check on things, hot tub, etc.

  Loved this house! We have stayed at many VRBO locations and this one is now ranked at the top for us. We had 16 in our family. The house was very comfortable for all of us. Plenty of room! The kitchen is well stocked with all the things (pans,dishes, etc.) needed to cook big meals for our family. The house was located about 15 minutes from the slopes, but not a bad drive at all. Really loved the radiant heating in the flooring. We will definitely be back to visit. Possibly, in the summer.

  What a delightful experience to visit such a magical part of Colorado and have such great accommodations. The home was in fabulous condition and the kitchen was designed great with thought. Plenty of room for the family to gather. We will be back!

  Hard to cover all the positive thoughts and experiences of our stay. We hosted 8-10 friends and family members for amost of a week, and still enjoyed real luxury and privacy. We enjoyed the hot tub, basketball court, ping pong, billiards, and a large array of great flat screen TV's. All of these were in great condition and easy to utilize. We also had a local Italian restaurant come in to cater a 20 person rehersal dinner. Plenty of room, dishes, utensils, wine glasses for all. Lots of obvious attention to detail by owners and management staff, luxury, but substantial enough to turn kids loose on premises. Can't imagine we'd even look at another house or location when we return.

  WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. HOUSE WAS ROOMY WELL EQUIPPED AND LOVELY. THE OWNER WAS SO NICE AND INFORMATIVE-AS WAS THE MANAGER AND MAINTENANCE MAN. CONVENIENTLY CLOSE TO CRESTED BUTTE. THE KIDS LOVED PLAYING DOWN BY THE RIVER AND EXPLORING AROUND THE AREA. WONDERFUL GAMEROOM. THIS PLACE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. WE HAD A WONDERFUL VACATION.

  This house is perfect for large groups. We had 14 people and the property accomodated us very nicely. The home is in a great location, about 5 minutes from town and 8 minutes from the mountain. The CB South neighborhood is right across the street from the house and has a market, restaurant and liquor store. We were very pleased, upon arrival. The home is even better than the pictures on VRBO represent. Everything is first-class from the furnishings to the appliances. These owners have went above and beyond to make this a very enjoyable vacation home. The home was immaculate and well-maintained. The property managers stopped by daily to check the hot tub and ensure we had everything we needed. The owners are very helpful, easy to work with and eager to make your stay with them flawless. The game room is a perfect bunkhouse for the teenagers. We hardly ever saw them, until they wanted to eat! I would definately stay here again and would have no uncertainties about recommending this home to anyone.
