FEB 18-24 now available! Looking for a spectacular, luxury as well as spacious condo right in the heart of Sunrise Village? If so, our Lodge might be a perfect fit. This is a new 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo with all the amenities two minutes from the pool/jacuzzi and the lift line. An additional plus is it is street level so no stairs up or down.
The Lodges:
The Lodges are upscale condos in the Sunrise Village that offer access to the Sunrise lift, which is complimentary and open most of the season (late Dec-March). In other words, from our condo,you can ski free on 3 runs (Bearview, Sundog, or Rendezvous) all day long. Ski home for lunch or a change of clothes and then head back out for afternoon skiing. We are a two minute walk to the lift line as well as to the fitness center where you can take a swim or relax in the jacuzzi after a hard day on the slopes. If you are too tired to cook, walk down to the Noel's restaurant for dinner.
Kitchen: the kitchen is up-to-date and well equipped. It has granite countertops, a granite island, and new stainless steel appliances. The dining table fits 8 (with the leaf) and there's a 9th matching chair. The kitchen flows into the living area, creating a spacious open concept.
Living area: the living area has a sofa bed, a matching love seat, and another large, comfortable chair. There is also a gas fire place and large flatscreen (Bose surround sound) TV above the fire place for your enjoyment. Off the living room there's a balcony with a table and 4 chairs so that you can enjoy the breathtaking views, especially when the weather permits outside seating.
Mudroom: there's a large mudroom with plenty of room for shoes, ski boots, skies, poles, jackets, etc. There are two wooden benches and plenty of hooks and cubby holes to store items.
3 Bedrooms: the unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths allowing privacy for all. In addition there's also the sofa bed in the living area that has a queen size mattress for another sleeping option.
Sunrise Fitness Facility: The Sunrise facitity is a two minute walk from our condo. It has an indoor pool/outdoor pool (summer), hot tub, steam room, sauna, and work out equipment. There's also an outside jacuzzi and an ice skating pond to use if weather permits. The facility provides some snow shoes and cross country skies as well. The Noel's Restaurant provides lunch and dinner, depending on the season.
Summer/Fall: there's plenty of activities to enjoy during these seasons, from leaf peaking to swimming and playing tennis (both walking distance from the condo), to golf and apple picking (walkable). There are several hikes and nature paths to enjoy as well. There's the Killington village to check out, as well as surrounding towns including Woodstock, Quechee, and Hanover. Don't forget about Simon Pierce, where you will find amazing glass items and pottery. There's boating, kayaking, fishing, tubing down rivers, etc to enjoy. We offer both long and short term rentals in the fall and summer.
Winter Time: Well, you've come to the right place. Enjoy getting out of your car and having everything you need right there. The Sunrise Life does not require a ski pass and runs from late Dec to late March (usually). It provides access to some easy trails, perfect for kids and beginners. In addition to the downhill skiing, there's cross country, snow shoeing, snowmobiling, iceskating, depending on the weather conditions.

I’ve been renting with VRBO for awhile and this was one of my more pleasurable experiences. The unit is new and well appointed and it’s one of just a few ski in/out locations on the mountain. Our family took advantage of the nearby hot tub and pool and while the snow wasn’t the best, the accommodations and facilities filled the void. The owner was very easy to work with. She was prompt in her responses to my queries, helpful during the planning stage and genuinely interested in our satisfaction. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the condo was great. We could literraly ski in to the door step. We found the condo very clean and faily well equipped kitchen-wise. Really nothing bad to say about the property. Being able to walk to the pool/spa/fitness center at the end of the day was a huge plus. The 3 complete bathrooms and second TV in the kids room was perfect for 2 families with children. We could tell that the condo was not only for rent purpose, but has been decorated and equipped for the proprietors need.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo unit. The unit has been very well maintained and is extremely clean, comfortable and very well situated. It is close to dining and resort activities, but at the same time removed from the hustle and bustle of the resort. Everything positive written in the preceding reviews is true, so I won't be redundant, other than to stress how convenient the condo is to slopes and how nicely the unit is appointed. The owner handles the business transaction in a cheerful, highly effective, prompt and professional manner. The unit is a great value and we highly recommend it on all counts.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Great Condo in pristine condition! Owners have done a great job decorating condo to make it Very comfortable and cozy with large living spaces and awesome mudroom to house all ski equipment. My kids loved the priviate ski lift and ski off conditions. The hot tub and pool at the clubhouse was a nice bonus for a long day of skiing. We even enjoyed a day of snowshoeing. I would highly recommend this unit! Thanks for a great vacation.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Nice place to stay! Ski off is 40ft from condo door excellent! Short walk accross parking lot to lift,Sunrise Cafe,Indoor pool\hot tub and nice Outdoor hot tub.Condo is very clean,warm and had plenty of room for 9 adults.We all watched the Giants win the Superbowl and had dinner every nite at the condo.The front entrance was great to put all the ski boots,helmets,coats and gear.Bedrooms and beds are great.3 bathrooms are key when its time to get ready for skiing. we are looking foward to staying here next year.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our stay at this unit was fantastic. We were two families, a total of ten people, and the condo wsa more than adequate for all of us.Since we were more family oriented, we were away from most of the husltle and bustle going on at Killington (we were there durign college weekend!). Yet, the condo was close enough to get to the main lifts without too much trouble. There is also a ski lift in the village - although it was closed due to lack of snow. The uit was nicely furnished. We appreciated the flat screen TV. The appliances were in good working order. The heated mudroom, before you entered the main living area made for a mess free living space - well as mess free as you can get with a couple of teenagers sharing your living space! The unit own was very friendly and accomodating. Commuication was easy. When we needed something pertaining to the condo, the owner was very willing to help. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again, next time we come to Killington. Only wish there was more snow!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
